Absolutely lovely half hour of relaxing reflexology. Whilst I didn't necessarily suffer from any of the conditions mentioned by the therapist during the treatment, I did find the experience extremely therapeutic and would recommend it. I intend to return for another treatment very soon.

Bridget is a absolute GEM , this is my 3RD time and I still love it as much as ever ! Bridget makes u feel so welcome and I can honestly say I don’t think there is another spa I would want to be ever again . The food is all home cooked and u can definitely tell that because the taste is just unreal . If your thinking of coming here then I honestly couldn’t recommend it more . I went to Ragdale Hall Spa with my two daughters. This was our first time and all the staff seem lovely! A quick tick form to fill in, a white robe is handed to each person with times for meals etc and then you are seated for a welcome drink (at this point! it would have been nice if the choice of a glass of fizz was included to make it that little bit special as it was my daughters birthday). A member of staff gave us a map and pointed us in the direction of the changing rooms. A wonderful thermal spa with different steam rooms and amongst other things an amazing rooftop jacuzzi infinity pool with views over the garden and countryside in the day, which transforms to to a romantic oasis at night.

Just got back from an overnight stay wanted to praise the friendliest of staff. In particular who stood out was Dale who met us and was the host with the most a credit to Champneys. A trainee at the spa cafe Susanne. Definitely one to keep ! So friendly and helpful and noticed her attention to detail very attentive. Thank you for making our stay so lovely
