I have been here several times with lower back pain (especially after long haul flights) and each time I have been given a careful and thourough evaluation, followed by excellent treatment by Ryo. He doesn’t just relieve the pain, he showed me some exercises to help improve my spine flexibility, and followed up with a video so I wouldn’t forget. I’ve always left here literally feeling taller, breathing easily and without the low level grinding pain that comes with long plane trips or extended periods of stressful office work. I really appreciate the care he takes. You will be in safe hands here.

Taka is amazing! I have back problems and tend to suffer from tense neck muscles and constant shoulder pain. It got worse during our trip to Japan, as I had to carry a heavy back pack. I also couldn't sleep for a week, due to jet lag. I spent 45 mins in Taka's clinic and felt completely reborn! No back pain, and most importantly, my sleep returned back to normal! Thank you so much Taka for your help!!!

Kurama Onsen

Reviewed By 692kerryc - Shanghai, China

There are outdoor bath and indoor bath provided. It's a superb deal... I went to Kurama just for the autumn leaves and decided to have a spontaneous bath. Really happy I gave it a try. It's public but when I was there on a weekday, there were no more than 5 people. It isn't a big place, but good enough for me. For a real japanese experience yet not costing you much, this is the place to go. Tips for anyone who stay in Kyoto area for 3 days up : go get yourself a Kansai Thru pass, it will save a lot for the transport. Especially you will visit many spots in Kyoto where they are usually far from each other.

Nozawa Onsen

Nozawa Onsen is located just one hour’s drive from Nagano City in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture – a charming hot spring village located at the foot of Kenashi-yama Mountain which is home to around 4,000 people. The village is said to date back to 8th century but has been renowned for it’s hot springs and traditional inns since the Edo period. More recently Nozawa has also gained popularity as a ski area that features a great variety of terrain and amazing snow that’s hard to match.
