My mother and I were collected from the airport by Pastor. She was in a wheelchair due to a back problem. Pastor was polite, patient, helpful, and very interesting to chat with due to his knowledge of the country and region. He also took us back to the airport. At check-in, when I realized that I'd packed some disallowed items, I called him and he came straight back. Within 45 minutes, he'd delivered the items to my sister to deal with.

I can’t express how fantastic Moving on African Grounds is. JoJo is an amazing guide and became a wonderful friend over the 5 days we spent with him. And both JoJo and Mel came through for us when plans changed and we needed to add transportation + an extra day onto our original agreement. Mel worked with me before our trip to customize an amazing experience for our family, taking into consideration all of our interests and desires to design our dream safari and Kruger trip. JoJo has the training, experience and instincts to track and find ALL the animals! Our 4 year old can now say she saw the BIG 5 before she turned 5! We actually saw the Big 5 two days in a row, plus every other animal we could imagine. We joked that JoJo is almost magical in the way he can find everything there is to see each day! JoJo is fun and engaging for people of all ages. Our very shy daughter got so attached to him, she insisted on sitting next to him at every meal. Lol. And we all enjoyed learning not just about the animals but also about South African history, culture, foods, geology, etc. JoJo is just a wealth of knowledge and fun! And, all this for one of the best prices I found when researching safaris! If you’re looking for a great price for a totally private and customizable experience, amazing service and passionate planning, along with the most friendly, fun and knowledgeable safari guide in SA... Moving on African Grounds is absolutely the way to go! If we ever make it back to SA, we will absolutely plan another tour with them and will suggest the same for our friends, family and everyone else.

Kruger National Park is the most recommended for wildlife destination in South Africa and in Africa. Depart from Johannesburg or Pretoria daily, offers an opportunity to drive via magnificent scenic view of Panorama Route for other wonders of nature. I.e God's window and the Blyde River Canyon. While enjoying the drive, view of country's beautiful landscape and pass through historical towns. Some of our stops include the highest point town in the country, that's Dullstroom at 2100 meters above sea level. It is also home of Trout fish that incidentally landed from Scotland. The only opportunity to explore both the highveld and lowveld regions at ones.

I highly recommend this tour. Norman, my guide for the day, came to the hotel to pick me up. We drove to the Apartheid museum where he left me inside to explore. 2.5 hours later we met outside and were on our way to Soweto. Touring the various neighborhoods in Soweto gave me a great overall view of the area. We stopped at the Hector Peterson memorial and then at the Mandela house. At the end, Norman drove me back to the hotel. Norman was a very charming guide and very knowledgeable of the history of the area.

Endless Summer Tours were recommended to us when we started to plan our ‘once in a lifetime’ trip to South Africa. We had a number of things we wished to tick off and some were extremely personal and important. From the beginning, Ant was so friendly, accommodating and ready to work to deliver exactly what we wanted. He and his team went over and above to make sure everything was perfect and they continued to be super flexible and helpful throughout. We wanted to go to Botswana initially and then moved on to Sabi Sabi for 4 nights. This reserve was Ant’s recommendation and blew us away! It was perfect and we ticked off the ‘Big Five’ comfortably. We then moved onto Sun City stopping by Dulstroom along the way. In Dulstroom, we went to ‘Wild About Whiskey’ where you can taste whiskey & gin to your heart’s content. Highly recommended! We ended our trip in Sun City at The Palace. We have young children and they absolutely loved this place! It was great to chill out and enjoy lots of time together as a family. The guide who accompanied us was Steve & what a lovely guy he is. He was friendly, funny and really helpful. When we left to come home, we all had heavy hearts and promised that although we had only intended to go once, we would definitely be returning to South Africa regularly and will always use Endless Summer Tours. Thank you guys, see you soon!
