We took the half day afternoon trip to Segovia 11/16/20. Everything was on time and smooth. We really didn’t need the guide as she gave very little information especially once we were in the town. We walked to the Alcazar and she gave us our tickets and said meet at the bus @6:30. It would’ve been nice to have a guide inside the castle but it was fine. Just FYI if you go in the winter it is much colder and windier in Segovia than Madrid!! Seems expensive just for the bus ride there.

We had a brilliant time on the tour to Covadonga Lakes. The day was full and well worth the money. Our guide spoke good English and was very informative and friendly. We saw many places and stopped at lovely cafes for coffee breaks. Truly recommend! ????

The Picos de Europa National Park offers some of Europe's most spectacular mountain scenery. Your guide and driver, Juan Fernandez Buelga is a knowledgeable person with a BSc in Geology but more important, lots of experience touring north Spain. He can design a customized full day tour starting in the city of Bilbao, driving into the Cantabria and Asturias provinces, enjoying time in the heart of the Picos de Europa. Important: included in the price are quality meals and drinks (lunch, dinner and snacks). While professionally I am focused in geology some people consider I am a true foodie so I always point to my customers to the type of food that they like for each moment. This is only a one day tour but it is enough to visit Cantabria and the Picos de Europa, starting from Bilbao.

Our tour guide Juan was a true pleasure! He has so much knowledge of Northern Spain and an excellent driver!!!! Those mountains are no joke! Juan was punctual and made our entire day full of stops and memories to last a lifetime. Being with the locals and eating outside the “typical” tourist locations was a really treat. If I could I would have requested him for more touring days in Northern Spain. En verdad fue un tour excepcional que nos vamos a recordar por muchas años. The guide was SO informative and interesting. You get to see the whole church, skip the long line and learn a ton of history about the Sagrada Familia. Worth every penny.
