A gestione familiare, il locale ha cambiato proprietari e chef da circa 5 mesi. Buoni i prodotti locali, abbondanti le quantità , conto adeguatissimo a ciò che si mangia. L' Osteria è carina ed accogliente , simpatiche e gentili le ragazze ai tavoli (proprietaria e cognata), ti coccolano e ti fanno sentire a casa, come se vi conoscessero da molto tempo. Consiglio il loro speciale tiramisù, con biscotto croccante!

Location: bel locale, ben apparecchiati i tavoli e tutto ha l'aspetto di essere molto curato. Unici nei la mancanza di finestre e il fatto che sia tutto bianco rendono l'ambiente po' asettico.Cibo: Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo provato: antipasti, primi e dolci, davvero tutto di buona qualità , nulla da dire.Servizio: servizio da 5 Stelle davvero, gentilissimo il maitre e anche il cameriere.Conto: non ho pagato perchè la cena era un premio, ma i prezzi non sono tanto alti, essendo comunque in linea con il tipo di locale.

Competenza qualità e simpatia!Degustato un Santa Barbara PATHOS 2010 (Merlot - cabernet - sirah) eccezionale! Come del resto anche le preparazioni gastronomiche!Da provare assolutamente! Prezzi nella media considerata l'elevata qualità !

I was staying at the Enea hotel in Aprilia and was looking for a restaurant nearby. Il Focarile is within walking distance of the Enea hotel. The staff also spoke very good English, so there was no problem that none of our party spoke Italian. The menus are only in Italian, so we were not entirely sure that we understood what we were ordering (even after using a translation smartphone app). I ordered the Rigatoncini alla carbonara di carciofi, and it was delicious. We also ordered Super Tuscan wine by the glass, which was also enjoyable. I was very happy with the meal and was glad that we tried it out.

Fabulous food and wonderful variety of entertainment! The consistent high standards of the food and drink make us come back. It's a great place also. We try different things every time we go and have not found one thing we don't like! Love the entertainment that follows. We always have a wonderful time. It's just a perfect evening all the way around. We always leave smiling!!!!!

Dined here last night at the recommendation of a local & we can highly recommend it too. Pizzas around â¬4 with everything we tried tasting exceptional (seafood & steak). I visit Apriia frequently for work and always try to fit in a trip to this resturant whether I am meetig formally with collegues or dining with friends.This Resturant serves high quality tasty food, the service is excellant and the owner and his wife very frindly and accomodating of the non Italian speakers.I always go away very happy and full.
