This is a day trip around Mt. Fuji which is one of World Heritage Sites and said to have the most beautiful figure in the world as an independent mountain. You can enjoy the scenery with many other sites around it in each season, taking the public transportation. You can enjoy the different Mt. Fuji scenery at each site, for example, with a five-story pagoda, a lake and a town, and in each season, for example, with cherry blossoms, fresh green leaves and turned red leaves. A lunch restaurant near Lake Kawaguchi has a unique way to cock. They grill meat on a plate cut of the lava field in front of guests and it's said to be very healthy as the extra fat of meat drops off through the holes in the plate. Yoshi was a great tour guide. He tells a lot of stories and takes you to your desired places and then some. We went to the National Gardens, stopped to say hi to Hachiko, and went to the Chiku Chiku Cafe. The Hedgehogs were so cute! They're usually nocturnal and the one I was visiting, Butter, was really tired and wanted to sleep so I only took a couple pictures and let him rest the rest of the time :) Take care Yoshi! Hope you have more fun adventures

My 2 friends and I went on the beginners Spring Tour 2019 for our first trip to Japan. We loved it and can't wait to go back! Becky and Shawn are awesome. They were so down to earth, helpful and very knowledgeable. I also really liked that the tour group is small. It allows you to get to know your fellow group members and ensures personal attention from your guides. We saw so many large tour groups at tour sites and they looked a little chaotic, it made me happy we chose a small group. The accommodations were always clean and comfortable and located perfectly. Food was amazing!!! If you are willing to try new things you can have an amazing gourmet experience. The events and locations that Becky and Shawn chose were top notch and we got to experience all different modes of transportation while there.

The flexibility to chose locations that suited our wants and abilities was great. Hiro San was very quick to put together an itinerary that accommodated a family with a stroller-baby (no monkey park due to long unpacked walking paths). Taking in the beautiful temples and view of the Kyoto from the west was breath taking and the guide was able to explain many things we as new Japanese learners could not read or know through cultural knowledge. Overall a great experience, a wonderful and lively guide, and some great memories.

The tour was just like a live stream. You will get on a rickshaw and your friendly driver will show you around in Kyoto. After the ride, your guide will walk with you and take you to the beautiful bamboo forest and Tenruji Temple. You will also meet monkeys at the park in Iwatayama! The only thing I was disappointed about was I couldn't taste the Shojin Ryori or Buddhist vegetarian meal that our guide Mickey-san showed and explained. I should be on the real tour!

Had a great time with our lovely tour guide. We started off in a building that sells collectibles, which we wouldn't have known about if it wasn't for our guide. After that, we headed off to a maid café where we got ourselves some lovely dessert in the shape of bears and bunnies. The chocolate latté was amazing! Really friendly maids despite not being able to speak English. Took some pictures with the maids and then continued to a nearby gaming hall where we dressed up for some purikura shots. We got good information about the Akihabara area and Japanese culture in general. Interesting to speak to a Japanese person about life in Japan. Overall a really great tour which I would recommend!
