That was really exciting experience in Skive when visiting for the first time. Lots of food you cannot fit into yourself. But being in Skive later on I always thought of this nice place with delicious food (not only steaks!) and salad bar. So really worth trying it all. But remember to book you table, the place looks really popular.

Excellent Restaurant Bar but ..bit overpriced compared to other bars etc , if you want to go up market a bit though , this is the place to go .... Plenty of choice of drink they have just about everything .... Good food restaurant also pricey ..

We visited this restaurant for business and expected good steaks and superb service. Yes, the steak variations are really good and worth a price. But 50EUR for 200-300g meat and one oven potato is definitely too much. The salad bar was a mixture of convenience food or joke. And we missed any service. The waiter was doing a job but not on level as expected. He was needed to push him for new drinks. No attendance at all. At the table reservated for our group was definitely too small. Max 50cm for each of us. It should be a separe but in reality it was not possible to state serious topics.
Consolidated, best opportunity for getting steaks in Herning but nothing more than this.

We ate there twice for lunch. Everything was excellent and reasonably priced in an er touristy town.

AMAZING pizzas, pasta and lasagna. Eat finally Italian here.
Very affordable prices and it's located on the pedestrian street Algade no. 11 in Ringkøbing, a nice cozy harbor city.

Sands doesn’t look like much on the outside, but the moment you step inside you’ll feel the “old Danish atmosphere”.
And sure, from a younger generations perspective it might seem a bit outdated, but from my point og view - that’s what makes it charming
Our host was smiling, welcoming and utmost professionel; we had no Reservations, but she still managed to make us feel like we had and let us choose from several tables.
Breadbasket and drinks came within a blink of an eye and both appetizer and maincourse followed this.
Personally I liked my appetizer better than my maincourse, but I usually prefer danish dining in general and when you experience such an amount on (almost) daily basis - it’s hard to be no. 1 every time
Overall a great experience and yet again a place with standard prices in Denmark.
We were FULL and pleased; our check sounded 600 dkkr. (app. 80€) and we had:

2 drinks
Short: you get what you pay for - would definitely return

We chose to celebrate our 20 years aniversery together at Henne Kirkeby kro. One of the reasons that we chose this place is chef Poul Cunningham. I am a huge fan of his food. The inn is very beautiful. The 4000m2 garden contains vegetables, fruits, flowers and honey. Our room was situated in the main building. magnificant room with all you need. The dinner was by enlarge a wonderful experience with complementary wines from many different countries. The breakfast is really good. Forget what you have tried elsewhere and be prepared to skib lunch that day. If you are wondering why I have not given the inn 5 points is because there were small issues we experienced which I argue should be in place when you have 2 michelin stars. And usually in all restaurants runned by Paul Cunningham the irish cream used to be home made. All things taken into consideration I love this place and would like to come back again.

We stayed for a week in Hvide Sande and visited this restaurant an evening in June. Delicoius fish meal. Nice staff. Real local danish place we will recommend!

Located in a bright local with an simple interior Italian style. Lot's of tables on a quite small space. The food is very tasty with normal size portions.

Under Klippen is an excellent restaurant where the Chef, Ismayel, works magic in the kitchen. The attention to detail is fantastic, and both the quality and the presentation of the food is beyond anything you expect to find outside the major cities. The knowledge of the staff, in particular the Restaurant Manager Kewin, is equally fantastic, and you will always feel very velcome. Despite the quality prizes are not too scary. If you like ambience, great food and service, Under Klippen is well worth a visit. It is certainly our favourite restaurant and we go there as often as possible.
And - by the way - the disco mentioned in a previous review has closed and has been replaced by a less noisy establishment.
