We booked the summer package and got a fantastic 30-somethig course dinner.
When booking we did tell my wife don't eat butter and the chef prepared all dished sithout, fantastic.
The starters were divine, the main dish esclennet and the desserts also divine.
The wine selection was good, could almost drink as much as wanted, however a bit on the cheap side with the price, but we liked it a lot anyways.
The chef and his excellent team spent the whole day preparing for the dinner and it was as good as expected.

Received the first Michelin star this year and recently been awarded with "Chef of the Year" in Sweden (voted by all the other master chefs in Sweden), your expectations is quite high when you visit Daniel Berlin Krog in Skane Tranas. Therefore it was exciting to get visit Daniel Berlin Krog again, were I have had absolute awesome dining experiences the last couple of years. To see if the restaurant still gives you a extraordinaire dining evening. From first minute you are taking good care of, Daniel Berlin welcome you as a guest, I have been dining at several Michelin restaurant in Europe and this is the only restaurant that I have welcomed by the chef himself. That is cool. The menu of the evening had 20 dishes - a few of these signature dishes. WOW again - I have praised Daniel Berlin before, and with this evening menu, I would say that one star is not enough. The presentation of the food - the look in itself is art, the taste. Daniel Berlin, you just got it - another evening for me in dining heaven. Thanks for that. I can highly recommend going for the wine menu. It is great when a restaurant is presenting you for a lot of smaller and independent wine, a lot of them organic wines and from wineries that I would never ever find by myself. All wines are served with a great introduction with some good information about the winemaker etc. Awesome food, great wine - all in a fantastic environment driven by very passionate staff - smiling and super friendly. In an earlier review I stated that this restaurant is on my Top 10 list of restaurant to visit - it still is, but now in my Top 5 list.

On a sunny Sunday we stopped at Olof Viktors for a lunchtime o'snack, before heading into Ystad. It was the right place for a stopover. There was Seating in the garden and we didn't have to queue long for our plates of shrimp rolls and cakes. We also sampled the lemonade. The food was good and not expensive. There were lots of people in the yard and the shop. We admired an exhibition of paintings in one of the farmyard buildings and checked out the bakery and the goodies on sale too. All in all, a super spot!

One of the Finest things in south Sweden ! If it aint the food its fine ladies behind the register ... as a fatman i go there for the food ... but o lose myself in the beauty of these fine Young ladies haaahahh. Anyway good food proper prices and clean in all senses . Eat all you can !!!!! 90-95 kr for healthy lean Turkey ! Nice precise take My advice! Go visit !

Probably the best Thai food in southern Sweden. This is the place where the locals go, located in the city centre. Delicious food and great service. The peanut butter souse deserves to be world famous. The place is so popular that the people owning it have opened a similar restaurant in Ystad! Personally, I always order number 5, 9a or 35 they are all delicious you won’t be disappointed. Suits everyone, friends, family, couples.

Så har vi återigen besökt Pizzeria Maritza i Tomelilla, deras jättegoda mat och underbara personal, gör att man åter och åter igen kommer tillbaka.Man känner sej som hemma när personalen pysslar om en, och ser till att man trivs och mår bra.Vilket toppenställe.

Inte långt från Tomelilla ligger Tryde med ett Nostalgicafé oc ett museum med massor av gamla bilar från den tiden. Men det var inte bara bilar, utan också uppbyggda affärer och verkstäder. Det var mäktigt, så ta god tid på er. Som avlutning kunde man fika i deras café. Entré 70:- - det var det värt.

During our weekend trip to Österlen in the southeaster part of Sweden, we came across this lovely café, which was a delight to visit. The café, which is a converted living space, houses a small café and a shop and a larger dining area. The café also has a small garden. The menu is French inspired, though the prices are quite high. The staff is lovely, patient and professional.

Gott kaffe och utomordentligt bra hemgjorda mackor, ett litet minus för köttbullarna, men det hembakade morotsbrödet vägde upp. Väldigt lagom som lättlunch.

A cosy B&B with café, bistro and artgallery. Homemade and locally ingredients at breakfast. In the café/bistro we serve Swedish tapas made of only local products, sandwiches salads and sometimes wood oven baked pizza. You also find Swedish "kanelbullar" and other cookies. Sit inside the café or in the garden where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the hammock or play boule and let the children play at the playground. During summerbopen tuesday to sunday. Gourmet pizzas on wodden trays served by the nice couple who own and run the place, and this friday there was a live perfomance playing jazz. We´re not common jazz-listerners, but the guys explained and teached us a lot in between the acs. Really nice! And the nice owners even opened up the gallery (the exhibition had not had it´s opening yet) where the husband had made magnificent statues/busts! The whole expeerience eas superb and we will come back several times more!
