We came here based on the Gault Milleau and Tripadvisor rating.
It was as good as expected. Very nice garden with large trees, good service, very well suited for children. The set menu is very gourmet-oriented, the individual meals seem more down-to-earth - there are a lot of families coming and also some cyclists.
We had the set menu - veal, fish, dessert - just great!
We will come here again.

I stayed in the guest house above this restaurant for 6 nights recently and at here most nights. Good food at a reasonable price in a lively and friendly place. A real find in a town with not much else to offer.

grosses Buffet mit Asia essen, alles da, sehr nett angerichtet, wahlweise menü oder auch teppanyaki vom grill, grosse Auswahl, sieht alles frisch aus, Sushi und maki sehr gute Qualität, nette flotte Bedienung, in den Nebenräumen auch nett zu sitzen, grosse Saal ist wie kleine Bahnhofshalle, nur für schnelles essen, wenig gemütlich, unter der Woche mittag 7,50

Enjoyed Rudi's Schmankerl. Food tasty. Only regret was that Gulasch was not served with a KNOEDEL. Service was pleasant. Can definitely recommend Steiner.

Wir waren bei unserem neuesten Besuch sehr angenehm überrascht, dass in dem beliebten und stark frequentierten Lokal generell ein so niedriger Lärmpegel herrscht, dass auch eine Besprechung mit rund 10 Personen problemlos abgewickelt werden kann. --> Dies hat sowohl mit dem Niveau der Besucher als auch mit der gelungenen Raumunterteilung zu tun.
Die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke war wieder top und gilt gleiches für das Service.
Das Lokal kann daher außer für Privat-Plaudereien auch für geschäftliche Besprechungen sehr empfohlen werden.
