We established the restaurant here in Shaftesbury over 20 years ago & have built up an enviable reputation for fine cuisine using some of the best quality ingredients to be found both locally & from afar, all expertly prepared & cooked to order by David & Marc. The Fontmell has the sort of bar you will never want to leave, a restaurant dining room with the feel of a country house library and six beautiful bedrooms. The pub extends over Collier’s Brook, Fontmell Magna’s village stream, which flows between the bar and the dining room. When the windows are open the babbling brook creates a serene environment in which to eat and relax.
