We ate here twice, and on both occasions, were so impressed by the quality of the food, and the outstanding service we received. Indeed, we felt very welcome, like a family.
The seafood was delicious, and included the juiciest swordfish fillet, which was amazing. The Greek style meatballs were absolutely lovely. The menu is very extensive, with something for everyone.
On both occasions we received home made Limoncello liquors at the end of the meal which was lovely, and tasted genuine, unlike some places where it is unclear if it has any alcohol at all.
However, the service is the best thing. The staff were so nice and helpful. I can't praise them enough.

We ate here twice, and were impressed on both occasions by the quality of the food and the excellent service.
Our second visit coincided with their Greek night which added music, dancing and plate smashing, which may sound corny, but none of the other restaurants we ate at did this, and it adds a bit of fun to the evening.
Portions were large, so much so, that my wife had a starter as a main course, and still had plenty to eat. My sea bass was filleted at the table and was delicious.
The staff were attentive and friendly, encouraging customers to join in with the dancing.
We would highly recommend this restaurant.

We visited this restaurant in September. We had lots of lovely meals in a great location with views of the beach and Albania in the distance. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The two daughters who helped their parents when times were busy were an absolute delight. We would recommend this restaurant and will be visiting here again when we visit Roda in the future.

Very impressed with very high quality Italian food here and friendly service. I had an enormous Marinara Pizza which came with about 10 mussels, clams, squid etc. Missus had 4 cheeses which was delish but we tool some away cos to big for her :)

Enjoyed the Souvlaki night. So much food and lots to choose from. They remembered from our previous visits that I needed Gluten Free and provided me with gluten free food. Food is lovely and it's good value for the price. Staff are friendly and provide a good service.

Been in Roda a week tomorrow and tonight will be our final meal and our forth time here. All our meals have been lovely, service spot on and a laid back atmosphere. Definitely recommend El Mar ??❤️

This is not my type of bar but have reviewed it on the basis of the bar and not my preference.
This is a very popular bar on the "strip" in Roda. It had daily (changing) entertainment which adds to the popularity.
For me it is like an English bar which

We went here twice and the food was pretty good with big portions.For my part the stand out dish was the meat plate which contains lots of different meats from the grill, lamb chicken, pork, burger , sausage. A little over seasoned for my taste but great value. We did have a bit of a wait one night but they apologised - it seems they had the tax inspectors in.
