The food was great! And the service from our waiter was friendly and efficient. The waiter answered our questions about dishes with adequate knowledge and the food we received was tasty and according to the expectations created by the menu and waiter.

Lovely situated, as you enter the mall to the Cinemas on your left hand side. We had lunch there, the service was good, the food well prepared and presented and it was at our table 10 minutes after we ordered at the counter. I also liked the in-house basin were you can wash hands without leaving the restaurant to search for a restroom

Whenever I have to rush to the office for early meetings and have no had time for breakfast at home, this place comes to my rescue. Bottomless black filter coffee and chicken sweet chilli wrap. And the guys there seem to know me and treat with urgency and respect.

Downside to my visit, we waited a while before someone came to greet us and give us our seats.... Upside, the food was wonderful, and the rest of the service was great! Our waiter Charles was very friendly and very quick! And he kept our glasses full! So full points to him!

Although at times it may be full, it could be because the food really is a true reflection of Ocean baskets' philosophy. Much as you cannot really compare it with ocean basket in Pietermaritzburg.. The food is great and the staff do exceptionally well in that part of the province.

Was just disappointed when the stuff did not know who their Boss was except for one lady cashier. I then asked her to serve us. We tucked in some Goodies burgers. It was a lovely challenge for the waiters and waitrons on duty as I strictly said no service from them for not knowing the owner.

ii was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and effectiveness of the staff in this restaurant. Despite it being part of a fast food chain and the quality of the food is predictable, the staff made the difference. I can recommend this place for a quick meal.
