I’ve eaten here before. I might not return. Sorry to say. Why? Because the quality has plummeted. The bread was stale. The waiters and waitresses showed signs of stress and strain, perhaps by being overworked. (One admitted it...). The pasta was nothing better than one gets at Migros. Of course the name of the dishes were sophisticated and alluring. But the taste nothing to write home about. Get your act together amici.

Each course is an ode to the local alpine fare. In Restaurant Epoca our chefs serve up enchanting regional specialities, in an ambiance where you'll be tempted to stay for seconds – and thirds. A wish the Epoca is only too glad to fulfil.
The atmosphere is enchanting and the lamb was delicious. There is price tag attached to such experience :-)

Went there with kids - probably the first mistake lol
The restaurant features typical Swiss dishes, made up to be fancy. The challenge with that is that Swiss dishes aren't fancy. Dressing them up is super tricky.
And so the chef at Posta Veglia tries. Really. But it more often than not misses the mark. Nothing is bad but every dish made us say "there is something weird going on here".
The setting is spectacular though. Old-time Grisons and Switzerland.
The service is impeccable too. Very friendly and attentive and helpful.

Italian and mediterranean cuisine with creative variations of Pasta and Risotto, meat and fish dishes and traditional Pizza made in the wood stove. The Ristorante in the signinahotel offers a cosy atmosphere with a fireplace.
Having been to Milano recently, we had a good comparison and we can tell: the Pizza is amazing - thin crust, crispy, tasty and well sized, even for a hungry dude. My wife had Pasta with a giant prawn and she loved it. If you have the "Dine Around" pass make sure you eat there at least once!

Located in one of the oldest buildings of Flims (built in 1453) we serve unique food creations "Cavigilli made" in a unique setting. Old charming house, beautifully renovated, located in the old part of the village.
Very friendly staff and owner, they make you feel comfortable and make great job, very good Service.
Very good food: Caesars salad, braised beef and potatoes and as dessert apple tart with coffee ice cream - all dishes were very good and the apple tart to die for!
Nice selection of wine, also small bottles and by the glass.
Definitely one of the best restaurants in the village, thanks to the owners also a great service, so when I am in the region I will come back!

had the tuna tatar carpaccio and the lamb cutlet, paired with a swiss wine melot. excellent food, cost atmosphere and good service. 1 service staff / waiter for the entire restaurant, who is multi lingual. translated the german menu to english for us. very good.

I loved Las Caglias restaurant for its outstanding food quality, its beautiful setting and the extremly friendly staff members. We had fennel salad, pear ravioli, lamb's lettuce with mushrooms and polenta with tomato basil sauce. Every dish was very tasty and met all our expectations. Quality is very good for the price you pay. The setting of the restaurant is very particular, especially the view of the indoor pool. Service was fast, very kind and helpfull. The one and only downside at our visit was the bad choice of music that they where playing (rock music?!?!). Apart from that, I can highly recommend Las Caglias.

This is a perfect place for a fast simple food and coffee, the service is really good. They smile and try to serve fast.
Coffee, carrot cake and soups are good.
The price is comparing to other small places a bit high but the quality compensates.

A great mountain find - especially when the weather is bad. Amazing grilled meat and not much else. But the meat, fireplace and wine more than make up for the short menu.
