The name of the restaurant translates as 'barrel' from Russian, and that is due to its exterior design: it looks like a beer barrel from outside. The place is located in a green area, very cosy and restful. Food is fine. But the main thing is that you get to tell your friends the story of how you drank beer from inside a beer barrel :)

Был в Нальчике в командировке и важно было в короткое время вкуксно и недорого поесть. Минутка - почти идеальное для этого место. Похоже, местные с этим тоже согласны. Все свежее, вкусное. Обстановка столовская, но не совковая. Рекомендую людям без претензий на шик.

The location, ambiance and food are good. Worth trying out once you are in town. When you try food, order anything local and also try their grilled veggies (Melnitsa it is called, I believe)

This is one of the hot spots in the city for locals, but to be honest I have no clue why. It is an outdoor cafe by what locals refer to as a "lake", but if you ask me I would say it is just a mud puddle. Locals believe that this place has the best "Shashlik" (grilled meat), but it was terrible. Very tough and chewy. There is no service. You have to stand in line and when you get your food you go outside to sit at plastic tables. There are tons of stray dogs and cats wondering around your table waiting for people to feed them the leftovers. In summer you will also have tons of bees and flies flying around your plate. My favorite part was the toilet. There is no indoor toilet in this cafe. There is a separate tiny booth and you have to pay (!) to use it. Oh, and did I mention that you have to pay separately for the toilet paper?

The place is quite nice. Compare to other places around this one do have a nice service. The fruit plate had a zesty flavour which went nicely. The fresh apple juice balanced out the dish through the textures and tastes.

Были в октябре! Хорошая ухоженная территория. Прикольный пруд с рыбалкой и
возможностью приготовить улов. Есть и где детям погулять и пофоткатся .Сидели с семьей на 1 этаже, оценить 2 этаж не могу. Был не сезон,народу мало. Еду подали очень быстро. Обслуживание очень хорошее,девушка-официантка все рассказала о блюдах и помогла выбрать. Все вкусно!!! Вкусное и недорогое домашнее вино. Из минусов- достаточно далеко от самих отелей находится,около 1,5-2 км. Хотя прогуляться после ужина неплохо.Ну и цены несколько выше ,чем в ряде других заведений, но не критично!

Очень многие хвалят, но мы были два раза в этом заведении, в первый раз нам подали отвратительную рыбу, которая, такое ощущение, что валялась в холодильнике года два. Есть мы отказались, из счета не убрали, хотя даже сама официантка отказалась пробовать. Во второй раз заказали жульен, качество было не лучше. Ощущение такое, что в этом кафе всё готовят на месяц вперед, а затем разогревают. Обстановка - супер, очень круто сделано внутри, НО , УВАЖАЕМЫЙ ХОЗЯИН, УВОЛЬ ПОВАРА И СМЕНИ ОФИЦИАНТОК! Обслуживание отвратительное.

"Устав" от кавказской кухни/колорита, посетил это замечательное заведение. На мой взгляд, это современное европейское кафе: прекрасное зонирование общего зала, индивидуальный свет, много европейских блюд и напитков в меню. За десерты - отдельное спасибо! Официанты услужливые. Цены для данного региона высоковаты, но переплата оправдана.

Restaurante algo escondido hermano del infumable RedBerry. Llegué con las expectativas muy bajas pero me sorprendió gratamente.
El servicio fue muy bueno con una chica que nos ayudó en todo momento. Pedimos ensalada templada de hígado de pollo, la carne muy buena aunque se pasaron un poco con la salsa de frambuesa.
De segundo una hamburguesa blackberry, espectacular, el pan negro estaba buenísimo y las salsas y carne de las mejores que he probado.
De postre una tarta de semillas de amapola, muy buena pero demasiado dulce así que mejor para compartir. También un capuchino que estaba bueno, cosa a destacar ya que el café no es uno de los fuertes de la ciudad.
Muy recomendable.
