Very nice restaurant and kind staff. Sophisticated environment, at least for Gramado standards, but not that pricey. There are options of tasting menu are a fair price. I ordered the full menu, with seven courses. The service started slow on the entrances, but timing was adjusted at the third plate and followed good enough up to the end. All plates were good and correct, but only a strawberry sauce steak really stands out. Reservation is a must.

Located a little bit outside of downtown Gramado, this restaurant makes you feel like you stepped in to Germany or Switzerland. You have to have fondue - the rodizio gives you the full fondue experience. First bread and potatoes, then meats, and ends up with chocolate. You can choose to cook your meat on a hot stone or in oil with a slight difference in price. The fondue is served with 15 different sauces for you to try.
The service was great. All of the waiters are friendly and engaging - nothing was left out.
The meal is huge. Plan to skip lunch or eat a light one - as the fondue rodizio is a lot of food.
One tip: The restaurant has free transportation. Just call and they will pick you up. It's about a 20 minute walk from downtown, which is doable, but a long a dark road. We didn't discover the free transportation until after dinner - so we were happy to have a ride home.

We considered this our premier dining experience in Gramado, and it ranks favorably against fine restaurants in other cities. In America, the closest thing I have found like this are the Chima Brazilain steakhouses. The salad bar is very good, and waiters constantly bring a large variety of freshly barbecued meats, and you get to choose what part of the meat you want him to cut for you. I'm that way, you will probably get it exactly the way you want it, instead of like other restaurants where you order a steak, and hope that they deliver something that meets your expectations. It is a little outside of walking distance, but they are happy to go into town and pick you up, free of charge. I believe that any trip to Gramado should include a stop here.

The ambiance is really charming, we were taken care of by the owner himself. Food is great, all the dishes served to perfection. Galetto is very good and also pasta. Deserts are awesome!

I was pleased to stay in Ritta Hoppner hotel where this restaurant is located. They are speciality is German food, which by the way is delicious, but also serve other kinds of European food.
On Saturdays there is a complete German menu served on your table with more than 10 dishes available.

Excellent assortment of craft beer! This restaurant-microbrewery bar was one of my favorite places in Gramado. Forget about the other supposedly craft beers in town, go there to taste their huge selection, all home-made.
Talk to the waiters in order to select the ones you'll have harmonized with you dishes.
It was sooo good that we went twice!
If you are a craft beer lover, you should go!

Takumi is the new option for japanese food in Gramado.Cheff Jonas is back to prepare creative, delicious and tasty plates.Marinated salmon sashimi with sweet/sour sauce or Tuna plate are the best.Cozy place ,friendly staff .There is the option to add special soups upon request.

Luckily we went early in the evening. Many dishes to choose from. We all chose different dishes and we were enthusiastic about what we had chosen so we had to taste the food on one another's plates. All positive comments.
