The chicken filet with Chinese mushrooms was excellent but the babi pangang was a bit too sweet and the sauce could have been warmer. Very friendly waitresses. Excellent value for money.

Had dinner at this very nice restaurant "De Zwaan" in Geldrop, a small town next to Eindhoven in the south of the Netherlands. I worked in the hospitality industry before so I see things a little different when eating out. The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and very well trained.
They know how to explain the menu and options very well. The Menu is very interesting and the food is very well presented. This visit was not just dinner, its was an experience.

We went with a large group 25+ people. Great food! We loved the Pancakes/crepe style meals. We had the savory style which for me was sweet onions, cheese, meat, mushrooms...heaven! My husband had a different flavor and liked his too. The desserts also looked really good. We were too stuffed to try them. Nice selection of food including some German style dishes. The best part besides the food was the huge kids play area. They had a bounce house inside and a large playroom for children. Very family friendly! Great meal that everyone loved. The staff was also very friendly.

This Greek restaurant has great food for an affordable price. The portion sizes are good, not too much, but certainly not too little. The menu is extensive, enough choice for everyone. And the desserts are great! There is lots of Seating space, both in the front main room as well as in a glass house at the rear. A nice ambiance!

We visited this restaurant on thursday evening the 4th october. After having travelled all day from Harz in Germany. We needed a good meal and to wind down.. We found it to be very friendly. The waitress and the chef/owner spoke english. The food was delicious. The wine and beer excellent. A lovely warm atmosphere.
The menu was quite varied. Right in the middle of the lovely little town of Geldrop. We really enjoyed our meal here. We were staying a few minutes walk away. So for us it was excellent.

We went to this restaurant on Friday night and had a nice meal. The restaurant was very warm and welcoming, the staff very friendly. I would reccomend the spaghetti carbonara I had as it was delicious. Try the house white wine as it is very nice. A pleasant evening!

Definitely one of the best places in Eindhoven. If not the best. No kidding. I regularly eat Greek here for a simple reason: good food, friendly staff, full plates. The owners (which are real Greek) are always in the room, making sure everything is perfect. This is already a positive sign, in my opinion. I recommend Tiriopita and Gyros. If I have to find a negative point, that's the Retzina wine. At the end of the dinner you won't be able to stand-up easily so full you'd be. Price aligned to Eindhoven standard: 20-25€ pp. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
