Gardenstown (Scots: Gamrie) is a small coastal village, 8.7 miles (14.0 km) by road east of Banff in Aberdeenshire, northeastern Scotland. The village's main economic base is fishing. Gardenstown is served by Gamrie Parish Church. The hamlet of Dubford is to the south, and a footpath along the shore to the east leads to the village of Crovie.

This restaurant is in Banffshire, Scotland
Even though it is a small restaurant , the atmosphere is like nowhere else, sitting with an excellent view of Gardenstown harbour, you cannot help but relax completely, the food is excellent and the service is homely which only helps the relaxing feeling.
Altogether a great dining experience

Run by mike and Jessica probably the most unique cafe in the world, good food is standard but limited ,but if you need peace and tranquillity this is it, it's not easy to find but worth the effort, eat good food and refresh your mind,

Visited recently for a take away as we had our dog with us so can't comment on the restaurant.
Street parking managed to get parked near by.
The food was nice £14.95 for one meal, felt this was a wee bit pricey for a take away.
Would recommend and would return.

A nice wee place that is open a little earlier than its neighbours. The service is friendly and welcoming. There is a good range of coffees and food.

7 of us reserved at Saturday lunch here at 1pm. A lovely sunny Winter's day in December.
Ample parking space. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. We studied the menu in the comfortable waiting area. The toilets were immaculate. We were shown to our table. Surrounding decor and general ambience was good. An option for our table to be by the window overlooking Banff beach in the distance and the snow capped Mountains of northern Scotland would've been good.
When our meals arrived the presentation of them all was excellent. My meal was the best I've had in ages (compliments to the chef). I didn't want it to stop. What a treat. The waitress service (headed up by Sarah-Jane) was so good throughout.
We had a lovely time, which was in memory of my late father, whose birthday would have been today.

We are a small friendly family owned and run restaurant. Serving value for money, good quality home cooked meals. Where possible we source our products locally. Our meat, fish, veg and eggs are all supplied by local merchants.
Was recommended here by a friend, went today for lunch and wasn't disappointed. My husband had the fish which he really enjoyed and I had the macaroni which was also lovely. Really good homemade food, with a lovely welcome. Will go again.Thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time. Glad we were recommended to you and look forward to welcoming you back.

Nice to find this place on a bleak wet day on the coast. My companion praised the soup and a fine bacon roll for myself. Lively waiter a big plus!

A family friendly wee café which thrives on folks enjoying what we serve! We look forward to seeing you all!
Had the Cullen Skink - smooth and warming which is just as well the weather outside was a bit damp and wild. The bread served with it was soft and nutty. Staff made us feel welcome. Locals seem to like this establishment, while we were there a number of customers arrived who seemed to be known to the staff and the staff knew them. We say if the locals love it, it'll be fine by us! Will be back to try the home made scones next time.

Fantastic view over the harbour, once you get inside, but have to climb many steps, so not suitable for wheelchair users or people with disabilities. Also quite cramped and not many tables. Lovely looking cakes but expensive for what they are. Not an awful lot of choice in the savoury dept.
