第一回Ｂ１グランプリ優勝の富士宮焼きそば、やはり富士宮焼きそば発祥の店「うるおいてい本店」さんへお伺いする。
店内に入り席に案内してもらい、メニューを眺めうるおい天お好み焼き￥８９０と国産小麦100パーセント麺のうるおい焼きそば￥８９０を注文する。
ほどなくお好み焼きが運ばれ、目の前の鉄板で店員さんがラードをひき手際よく焼いてくれる。
お好み焼きは海老やイカ・豚バラなど具だくさんで、鉄板の上の生地は出来上がる前から美味しそうに感じる。
そうこうしているうちに焼きそばの具も運ばれ、こちらも色々説明しながら軽やかな手つきで焼いていき時々水をさして麺をほぐす半分蒸し焼きのような感じ、調理中はソース（８種類のオリジナルブレンドソース）を少しづつ麺に絡ませて焼いていき、最後は回りに土手を作り真ん中に卵を落として半熟卵を絡ませるオリジナリティを感じる焼き方。
そして、最後は出来上がった焼きそばにもお好み焼きにも上から富士宮焼きそばの特徴であるいわしの削り粉の魚粉と青のりをふり掛け出来上がり！
味の方はと言うと、お好み焼きはごくごく普通のお好み焼きで大阪や広島のお好み焼きよりは正直劣ると私は感じた。
一方の富士宮焼きそばは、発祥の店だけあり焼きそばの麺にもモチモチ感があり、鰯の魚粉とオリジナルソースが相まって、なかなか美味しい焼きそばでＳＡなどで販売している富士宮焼きそばとは一線を画す味の美味しさ(^0^)
少し難を言えば、Ｂ級グルメにしては観光地価格もあるが少し値段が高い事ではないだろうか。
でも富士宮に立ち寄ったならば、話題性も含めて訪問する価値はあると思われる。

魅力的です、学会と書いてあります。意味はわかりませんでしたが、にぎわってました。私は焼きそばをあまり食べません。量的にはちょうどよいです。伊豆の国の地ビールと、ともにいただくのが良いです。

This place was recommended by our hostel staff. The yakisoba served were delicious. We ate at the ground level, entering by the door on the right. Still not sure if upstairs is the same restaurant or not...
You can also cook you own meat on hot plates at your table if interested.

Okonomiyaki and yakisoba are really good and the price are cheap. The owner is really friendly eventhough he couldnt speak english. Use google translate. The ice is delicious as well. Highly recommended !

Mume-san (not Muesan) has the best Yakisoba and Okonomiyaki around. Everything on the menu is really good but they don't have an English menu nor do they speak English. Still, with basic Japanese and some hiragana or katakana Reading skills, this place is extremely worth it.
If you have a small group, try to get a counter seat where you can see her cook, it's hot, but it's quite nice to see her. The restaurant is often full and the parking is small so try to plan some time but it is worth it! Avoid weekends and you won't have much problems finding a place to park.
The Seating area is actually divides in different huts where they'll bring the food where you can talk and relax with your group. It is a nice atmosphere.

We had lunch here after visited Makaino Farm, there is a few parking lots just opposite or next to the restaurant. It is a neighborhood traditional restaurant, wall pasted many photos with signature who & who visited. Counter seat & tatami room can be occupied about 30 person, smoking allowed. 5 of us arranged in a tatami room, about 10 counter seats still full at 2pm.
We ordered almost everything to share, included Yakisoba (traditional fried soba very popular in Fujinomiya), Okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake), green onion pancake, bbq octopus, yakitori, homemade gyoza, fried liver with some vegetables. The most popular Yakisoba was superb delicious, the rest was good except the green onion pancake was average. Price very reasonable and staff very friendly.
Highly recommended for who visit Makaino Farm or Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine. Thanks for the vote if you found this helpful :D

上海旅行から帰った日、４時半ころ入店。４日間、中華料理を食べてたので、日本食が恋しくなり、空港から直行し、軽く食事しました。５時ころから、俄かに混みだしたので、早めに留守番をしてくれた家人ように、持ち帰り（２人前）寿司を注文しました。
ネタは新鮮で、美味しかったです。
