Nice ambiance, specially if you get a table around the pool. Service is ok. If offers several dishes and some are really expensive. The food is very well served, not a typical size for a bistro. Depending on your choice you may share it with someone. It's worth to choose from one of their offers menus. The French menu is less expensive and the food is good.

Why does it take an hour to present 5 slices of smoked salmon + 3 leaves of spinach + 1 mushroom and reheated lasagna on a bed of pasta?
Answer
Because the chef is getting drunk playing bongos, while you get hungry waiting for your food.
The service is as bad as the food. No credit cards, no receipts.
Having waited for an hour for our food, they started clearing the table before we had finished eating.
The food was basic - how far wrong can you go with smoked salmon and a chopped leaf salad.
The meatball lasagna was dry, and the tomato sauce acidic.
We ate there based on Tripadvisor reviews.
I feel I need to put fellow readers right and hence this review
Avoid unless you want to indulge a self delusional owner.
Chose one of the many other restaurants in the village which will provide similar simple food but without the affectations.

Visited for lunch and on arrival the restaurant was empty. After we arrived it got busier and busier until people were queueing outside. Sat on the veranda area at the back
Excellent menu and ambience. However some of the food was not great and not value for money

The menu has few options, most of it with meat of good quality but lacks fresh salads for my taste and some other options. The Argentinian empanadas are usually very good. If they improve the service a bit I will give them a very good.

Went there last weekend and waited 2 hours for appetizers! At a table for two! We walked out. They wanted to charge us for dinner and the crazy fat waitress with long straight black hair tried to bully us. This place is nasty. Plus there is no longer a belly dancer so the wait was excruciating. I would not go there and should have called the police on the waitress.

Nice place for a good meal. You order the entrée, and you get an appetiser, main dish and dessert. Always good cost benefit. Service is really good at times, average sometimes! I keep going back though!

Probably the best pizza I have ever eaten! Excellent thin and crispy base, delicious toppings and all piping hot. Sweet dessert pizza was divine! Service was excellent and food was reasonably priced. No wine available but we brought our own and they opened it and provided glasses! Lovely ambience. Highly recommended!

Cozy atmosphere. You feel in Portugal. Clean and Lusitanian decoration. Good service. The executive breakfast served during the week (Cod Bras) was very tasty. By R $ 37.00 Tuesday to Friday you have this option. It is perhaps a small portion for a grown man. Outside these times the portion increases but the price also.It is on the access road to Caucaia. You access the Raposo Tavares highway. Over the weekend has dinner with music.
Reasonable cost-benefit.
