We were greeted in a lovely friendly way and shown to a very pleasant table. We were beside a radiator, but that was lucky too because the evening was very cold. The staff were very efficient and drinks were soon served along with delicious bruchetta. Our main course was ordered after a while and my lemon sole was really good, and my husband enjoyed his veal. Desserts followed and they were gorgeous.

Called here whilst on holiday never been before and won.t be back . It's s dark a d dated pub . Waited a while to be served no one there . We ordered mains only . My hubby had steak it was chewy and had quite a bit of fat he said it's never been steak . The steak pie was nice but all our food was like warm and cold peas I do wonder why as it was quiet . It's nicely presented you do get good portion sizes it's a good price but who wants cold or like warm food . It's a small thing to put right .

Great value and great quality food by the seaside. Eat in our traditional english family friendy restaurant serving traditional English Breakfast, Sunday dinners and of course our Home Cooked Pies. In the evening try the fantastic evening steakhouse, using only the best lincolnshire produced steaks. If you fancy eating out pop next door to our Fish & Chip shop that serves only the best quality skinless and boneless Cod & Haddock. The Pie Palace Restaurant & Fish & Chip Palace. Where Quality comes first!!

We own a static caravan near this restaurant but for some reason hadn't eaten here until very recently - we will definitely be back. The breakfast was fantastic value for money and arrived at our table within a few minutes of ordering at the counter
All of the food was hot and very tasty, all staff very pleasant

Had a lovely time again in our caravan. Lovely site with a warm welcoming atmosphere and only 5 minutes from Ingoldmells. Ended week with Sunday lunch in restaurant which was lovely as alwaysWe are so happy you all enjoyed your holiday with us on our caravan park. It's even nicer when campers use the restauarant. we popped in for tea while we were on holiday,was having a sick of chips moment,great pub,friendly staff and clean,i ordered a ploughmans,very nice,cheese,pate,bread pickles etc on a large plate,the wife had fresh ham,egg and chips,also very nice,reasonable prices,def would go again.

Visited here with my family. 4 x adults. 2 x children for breakfast. When we arrived here it was busy at the door, but didn't help with tables not been cleared from precious customer's. Finally we got seated to have to wait 10 mins for someone to take order. Our cups and tea pot came out smelling of wet dog. We told a member of staff for her to swap for more cups which came out the sane, and tea stain ring still inside. Then the food arrived by a male staff not the cleanest looking male ( not nice when serving ppl food) we all had breakfast which was awful. I went to pay with my 6 year old which was holding the reciept in the queue when a horrible old woman who was serving was very rude to the lady in front. Next the woman snatched the receipt out of my little girl hand. I thought my little girl was touching something she doesnt like 6 year old do but no it was our bill. I asked for it back to be approched by this horrible woman attitude saying she thought it was someone elses. I then told her she shouldnt be snatching and needs to change her attitude towards paying customers. I also put across to her how she spoke to the other lady. She was wanting to argue in front of her customers which to me is very unprofessional. She told me to stand there amd stop breathing in her face haha. I have eat out at alot of places all over and never ever have i had that services ever. I will never return here and will be telling all my family and friends to avoid this dirty place. If you like doggy cups, cold breakfast, rude miserable staff then this is the place for you. If not avoid .

Came here for breakfast today with my girlfriend and it was lovely. Food cooked just how we liked it, eggs a little on the hard side for the misses but apart from that definitely 10/10.Sorry to hear about the eggs not being how you prefer we will try harder next time thanks for your lovely comments hope to see you again soon

As we walked towards this place, it looked very shabby and not even clear where you go in and once inside it is in need of a refurb, but.. the staff were great and the Sunday lunch great too.
A bit weird not be able to order food and the bar... you have to get your drinks at the bar and then go into the restaurant to order and pay for food
But..........
Good home cooked food served quickly, so don't be put off by the outside.
