We like a lot during their holiday here we decided against a Thai meal and for a change we chose the Bavarian and we weren’t disappointed.
I chose chicken cordon bleu and my partner schnitzel. Both very good both large portions, although I was Dodd they weren’t home made chips.
I had planned on half a chicken and chips but was told I had to order that in advance.
For what you get it’s value for money and if your in need of a change from Thai it’s well worth a visit, all be it the restaurant is a bit off the main drag.
Got a feeling we maybe back before we fly home.

Charming restaurant. We ate on the roof Terrace once and downstairs once. Although slightly cooler, downstairs had a much nicer ambience. Food was really good and cheaper than the restaurants in the row next to the beach towards the apsara hotel. Only one disappointing meal out of 8, and that was the when the meal is cooked on the table in a pot on a burner. It just didnt cook, and my son ended eating long after everyone finished. Other than that, everything delicious.

We read reviews on this place and were so keen to check it out, but apparently due to new government regulations, many of the shops and restaurants on the beach have been closed down. Not sure if My Friend has moved somewhere else, but we couldn't find it. VERY SAD!!

Having read many favourable reviews our night at Elicious was disappointing. There were hardly any other diners there. The service was poor and the ambience non existent. It was too brightly lit. It was, however, very clean and the food - crabs and prawns - was very good. But there is more to a good restaurant than just the food.

The restaurant is on the pakweep beach good place to see the sunset. Our restaurant open everyday except special thai day. we serve for lunch and dinner 12:00-22:00 Hrs. we have thai food, seafood, vegetarian food, gluten free, you are able to reserve the table by phone or just turn up to the restaurant. We accept only cash.

Given the reviews we were expecting something good here but, bit of a let down really. Most of the tables were "reserved" which is strange given the average quality of the food but in some cases people didnt show until about 9pm. We arrived at 730pm and felt like as we hadnt booked we were an inconvenience but for 1hr 30 mins we observed tables not being used as they had reserve notices. If they are going to adopt that policy then it should be reserved for exact times not just when you turn up. Other restaurants provided complimentary prawn crackers and fruit but we got nothing here and no real quality of service. The food was okay but not as good as the Bamboo and hence we never returned

Super nice place to rest and have some very tasty food and drinks. We tried Pam's special: mango daiquiri and it was really tasty and refreshing. The food is super tasty, you can add some spice if you want as it is served separately. The service is also perfect! We were even offered no-moscito spray to protect us from getting mosquito bites! Pam cares for details and as a guest we feel really welcomed! Thanks for the great hospitality!

The food at the Sunrise Restaurant & Bar is really delicious.We have tried different Thai dishes at dinner and all tasted deliciously.They have also a wide range of European dishes.Would definitely recommend “Wienerschnitzel”which tasted exquisite.

Located across the road at the end of the Beyond Resort driveway. Reasonable prices (all local restaurants very similar in price and selection) great value for money and nice location overlooking the river (bug spray was provided). As with other restaurants the food was fresh and tasty.

We ate a family dinner here, got the recommendation from Trip Advisor where this place was ranked with high scores. This proved out to be a good choice at least for us: good food, big kitchen so we got food fast, nice and friendly service.

I came here as I fancied a pasta dish for once and not thai, was recommended this place by my friend who has lived in the area for a while now and he was not wrong- great menu, lovely food and just great all round!
