Reviewed By Geoff GThis is what a resort should all be about. Prime location, Friendly staff and guests made to feel at home. There is a relaxing laid back approach where time is island time and for people that travel you know what I mean. The ride from the airport to the resort is part of the experience a bumpy dusty road passing shacks and fields abandoned houses and abounded cars makes you think, OMG where are we going. Then BAM, suddenly out of nowhere the landscape gives way to manicured lawns, swaying palms water features and welcome cocktail drinks all set with postcard-perfect views. The entire team from the GM down to the local handyman have one agenda, and that is is make your stay AMAZING. So many resorts these days, especially in AUS, seem to base the level of service you receive based on the total of your spend. There is nothing too hard for the team from last-minute requests including bonfire dinner on the beach or couples massages the team go above and beyond. Looking forward to booking a flight back here ASAP.

The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was a comfortable and enjoyable one. They organised our tours, gave us some local tips, and always had a smile on their face. Personally, we enjoyed the fact the resort was quiet, although it meant a few of the evening entertainment events were cancelled (which was understandable). It is basic accommodation but meets all your needs. The outdoor shower is great! The location right on the beach, the smiles on everyone's faces, and the overall vibe of Vanuatu will see us returning again, and again.

Great spot for a kayak from our resort
Reviewed By Bek BStaying at the resort opposite (Warwick le lagon) and decided to kayak across the lagoon to visit. Lots of fun on the kayaks, made to feel welcome on the island despite not staying there. Snorkeling little murky with not a lot to see aside from starfish and scary slugs however we enjoyed a relaxed couple of hours on the beach with some drinks. Theres a playground etc there which would be great for kids.

I have missed every bit of the island - the beautiful accomodation, the fresh produce, the tasty cocktails, the most phenomenal kyaking, the Day Spa! The list goes on. It is simply paradise. Until we can travel again, I will keep looking at all my amazing pics from previous trips.

Reviewed By don pWould have no hesitation recommending this place ,Nasama is a resort that is basically privately own apartments , nice place to chill out , good quality (expensive) restaurant , buses to port Vila pass the front of the resort every few minutes 150 Vatu per person each way , one slight negative though almost all the sand had been washed away from the little beach , not much the resort can do about that , though

Could improve wifi it exits constantly and scarcely interfaces. Pool is overall quite the bar mixed drinks are yum. Breakfast is normal oat, toast and so on Just check your bill at checkout they attempted to charge for the free breakfast and the two evenings we had just paid. Planned to remain two evenings however we remained for our entire stay. Much obliged folks!

People super friendly, rooms were really good, air con was bonus on the hot days. our room could have done with a little TLC, but nothing to stop us from going again. Wedding planner Soloute( not sure if i spelt right) was awesome, so helpful on wedding day , and great with keeping us up to date with plans, she saved the day. also at the main entrance was Frank for Tanna, he was super friendly and helpful, hope to hear from him one day , we gave him our email to keep in touch. Its because of these 2 people and the friendly staff we would go back to stay.

Reviewed By ericeX424TFWe stayed here at Cocomo 3 nights last month. The room was big and clean. Staffs were pleasant, polite and helpful. At the end we booked shuttle bus via resort so could catch up an early flight next morning, it only take 15 minutes to the airport. If you choose a resort in Vanuatu for relaxing, this is a great value!

Definitely a "must" for a family gate away. The sound of the ocean every night to fall asleep to as it's literally 3 meters away from your doorstep. Chris is very kind, very friendly and humble person to meet. His kids gets along with our kids and have the pool for themselves, and the beautiful nature is mind blowing. A perfect garden for photography with your loved ones. Pacific lagoon is paradise and whether you are single, parents or young family, guarantee that you will never regret to pay a visit. I recommend fully to go back there again with my family.

Delightful and Quality - and Those Beautiful Smiling Faces.
Reviewed By Gary HWe had (2) two days in Vanuatu - due to weather conditions that our ship was not able to proceed to Fiji. It was delightful - spending (2) two after-noons around the pool area of the Hoilday Inn Resort. We took the free of charge boat across to the location of the Hoilday Inn Resort - Tassiriki Park - Port Vila, paid our daily rate of entry - and just "chilled" out - around the swimming pool. Facilities are such - you make your time of a drink or food - without all the "bells and whistles" or formalities that at times strees you out - rather than allowing you to chill out - do your own relaxing thing. We had just been not long back from (6) six weeks trip to Europe and took the 10 day cruise to somewhat relax - after the 6 weeks in Europe - 9 countries - which does not really give you time to "smell the roses" even though we went solo to Europe - no group thing, but you still because of the time - on the go - not really having time to relax. Staff absolutly adorable and great teaches of the "worth" of a beautiful smile - at the Hoilday Inn Resort. Understand how they have an International reputation as the - Happiest People in the World. We principally - Australians by birth - reside in Europe - but this was a memorable life-time experience which if the opportunity permits for whoever - Try it - you will certainly not be Disappointed.
