Reviewed By 231jennakI have just got back from Tui Pascha Bay after a 10 day stay with my partner and son, Arlo. Had an amazing holiday from start to finish. There were always sun beds around the pool and beach, very clean and extremely happy and friendly staff. Different entertainment at night and activities throughout the day for all members of the family. Lots of variety of food and I especially liked the omelette and pasta station and my partner liked the different roasts of meat they did each day. I would like to say a special thanks to Faruk and Emre (made amazing sour cocktails) at the pool bar, to Hakki who waited on the tables in the afternoon/evening - lovely guy, very happy and chatty, to Alp who organised some of the day activities like volleyball and water polo - always had time for a chat with my partner no matter how busy he was, the entertainment team - Soul, Yuta and Tuvay who were energetic and enthusiastic every night and performed and gave 100% and lastly the lovely Tiia who was one of the Tui representatives - always smiling and happy to help and always had time for a chat. Overall we had a great holiday, met lots of other families from the UK and other places and did not have any issues whatsoever. I would recommend this hotel for a family holiday. TIPS FOR HOLIDAY - #1 there is no squash/juice/cordial only fizzy pop, pure fresh juice or water so those that have little ones I recommend taking the Robinsons high concentrated 66ml bottle (20 drinks per bottle and we got through three bottles for my 2 year old). #2 the beach is a mixture of sand and pebbles so you might want to take water shoes, we didn't and we were fine and my son walked on it no problem though it gets very hot in the afternoon with bare feet. #3 we were in block 1 nearest to the pirate ship pool and large slides. Some nights we could hear the other hotel blasting out music at 10/11 at night where blocks 4/5/6 are so glad we weren't on that side. We were in room 1307 and had a partial view of sea and beach. #4 everything at the shops and bar that are not part of the all inclusive are priced in euros but we took turkish lira and had no trouble spending it. Worked out roughly £1 is 20 turkish lira #5 If you stay for a week you get to eat once at the restaurant called the taverna which is a turkish restuarant with lovely food but be warned you get a lot of meat! (if you stay 10 nights you get to go twice). You book that through Tiia who you can find in her glass office which is half way between the stage and the pool bar. #6 There is no iron in the rooms so take a travel iron if you think you will need one #7 be kind to the staff and tip them, they work so hard day and night and despite this they always remained polite and happy to assist with anything.

The staff are so welcoming and accommodating... Kenan, arif, mustafa x two, yusuf, Mario, mot, serif, niko. The lady receptionist such a helpful person ❤️ All amazing and went above and beyond. Whisky cola. Gin & tonic, ? The food was lovely, especially Turkish night ? my kids never went hungry. Entertainment every night for children and adults... Bingo bango. ?? Foam parties happened twice a week and my kids loved it. Inside pool was a dream when it got too hot ? Outdoor pools x three, were amazing as was the slides. Lifeguards were brilliant always interacting with us. Security are amazing and spot on ? Hotel was lovely, beautiful surroundings, not far from alanya 10 minutes via bus. McDonald's down the road as is a shopping centre. Kleopatra beach one word amazeballs. Onsite beach was beautiful and a lot of various things to do... Loads of day trips available, market outside resort. We will be booking again for the third time, we loved every minute of it and two weeks was not long enough.

The room was great, always clean, I asked for sea views, as I remember how noisy the main road was on my 1st visit. There were never any problems finding a sunbed. Around the pools. Which were always clean. And the area swept throughout the day. Food was very much the same most days, with fresh cooked food from the grill/BBQ also some nice meat dishes cooked as you watched.. This was fine for us, as we liked what was on offer. The only problem we had, was we are from the UK and were the only ones in the hotel, sometimes it was hard with translation. And Google came in handy, for asking for Beetroot. Among other things. We did not have any problems with staff or other holiday makers. But we couldn't really have chats as many, aswell as ourselves had broken language barriers. All in all.. Can not wait to come again Well done Club Turtas ?

The hotel is on the seafront, so I think every hotel has a big plus. We were on holiday at the beginning of the season, there weren’t many guests yet. Therefore, we had a great opportunity for a quiet rest. As the holidays came to an end, the number of guests began to increase. Evening programs did not run every night. But near the hotel it was possible to go to the "Summer Garden" for entertainment. A large selection of shopping is close to the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The staff is 100% dedicated to their work and the comfort and convenience of the hotel guests. The rooms were perfectly tidy every day. The bartenders and waiters were always at great service and kept their work position clean and tidy. Hotel staff İbrahim Çetin took great care of the hotel guests. Ferhat Ülgüt also took great care of its excellent cocktails and guest comfort. Beyazit Bayır took great care of the guests' entertainment and entertainment from morning until evening. Thanks to all the hotel staff for a great and relaxing holiday. You're great. ?????

Good for the price
Reviewed By Kalin PWe been in Hedef in the middle of October. We are a couple with a little baby. The room was very large and it have comfortable bed and balcony. Before we go I was read many comments here, and many people complain for the cleanness. That is not exactly true, because every day the cleaning women cleaned the room and change the sheets. One of the problem is that to staff is dosen't speak English, maybe because 99% of the guest is Russians. The food is not perfect, but is not poorly. It have many option - BBQ, salads, sweet cakes, pasta bar, pizza and traditional food like "giozleme" and others. The quality is not the best, but quantity is huge. Every day the same food. The pool is good but very crowded, and is not easy to find sunbed after 11h. The hotel have sunbeds, food and drink on the beach. Beach is not like in paradise, the water is not cristal, but It have sands and it is near the hotel. You must weiting for drink and ice cream. The music is only Russian and Turkish and it is very loud, not for couples with baby. For the price we are pleased.

Big swimming pool, tasty food (the best ice cream ever). Good and polite staff. Rooms are very clean. You can find there bars, tasty traditional cuisine, aqua park :)
