The rooms within the villas themselves were amazing, with indoor/outdoor bathroom experiences, a great pool, and a perfect kitchenette for those late night indomies and chill sessions at home. Will continue to stay here whenever we come to Bali as the service and the staff really make us feel like we are part of the family.

Reviewed By Sass000Our stay at Plataran Canggu was magnificent. The property is very well maintained and the amenities are fantastic. The food at the restaurant is also very good. The service at Plataran is second to none. As we are coming from overseas, the team went above and beyond and always keep us informed of any entry requirement changes. During our stay, every single team member made us feel so welcome and was so attentive. They also kindly organised some activities around the resort such as a cooking class and gamelan lesson for us. I cannot thank the team enough and I can’t wait to stay at Plataran again in the future.

Reviewed By heggieNKRandomly looking for a staycation and ended up booking a deluxe room on January 1st after being suddenly cancelled on short notice by saridana villas sanur on new years. Grand Kesambi in Kerobokan was near alot of local food, which was actually great since we dont usually come to this area. Check in and out took a bit long, and needed to make a 200K deposit upfront. Later noticing the minimal staff was the case. This place is actually huge, more like a Housing with lots of room (standard, deluxe) and small 1-2bedroom houses (villa) with a private pool. Staffs have to go around using shuttles. It may have been great in those early days, with full team staff and everything new, but now, maintaining a facility as big as this must be hard. Therefore...when we entered the room,( which they just have prepared) their was smell coming from bad odor from the cleaning service mixed with the smell of cabinets and room itself like its been long empty. which we had to then open all doors and stay outside for a while to let be neutral. They clean everyday, and were polite and friendly and all. I dont blame them, they must all have been working so hard. The kitchenette is basically just a bar with only 2 cups for making hot drinks with out any teabags or coffee given. There was a refrigerator which was working well. You may borrow spoons and plates. You can also order goFood or grabFood if youre lazy to go out, but at night you must walk to security station upfront to get the food. Parking car in front of our room was convinient. Lack of trashcan, just 1 small bin inside bathroom for that big of room. Noisy customers (groups)from the villa just behind our room since we are sharing the same Wall. If we were to try again, maybe try their villa with at least 4 people. Other than that, deluxe room was just OK.

I stayed here for 2 weeks, they tried to charge me for 4 bath towels and 3 hand towels on the last day 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel had makeup stain, which CAN BE REMOVED INSTANTLY WITH WATER. ( I REMOVED ALL THE STAINS IN 2 MINUTES ) but they said they checked and they couldnt remove it. Which they lied. Because when i confronted the housekeeping and ask how they checked, and he didnt answer me. Which really left me wonder, how do they clean their towels and bed linens. Do they even use water/soap/bleach???? The rest of the towel was not stained. Yet they are charging me for it. They showed me their towels, which are dirty and have brownish stained to even begin with. Hello, you didnt have the whitest and cleanest and fluffiest towel on the first place. There are holes on your towels. And because 2 of my previous towels are stained ( which they didnt even bother to wash or soak with water), they punished me, they dont give me any towels after they clean my room. Is this prison? Im a paying guest, and stayed for 2 weeks. They left the dirty towels in my room stacked with the dirty wet bath mat. YES, they didnt even want to change the bath mat, and they fold it together with the towels that im suppose to re-use. Are they out of their mind? I chose this place because i heard nice reviews, nice location, but, this is not how you treat your guest.

Reviewed By Jasmyn MIts clean, and spacious enough. The rooms get very little natural light and it's a bit out of the way. But the 35,000 idr we paid per night was good value I thought. Mattress quality on the bed is poor. Nice staff though. If you get a bike and know your way around a bit it's fine. Handy having your own little stove.

All villas are completed with private plunge pool, free wifi, kitchen area, mini bar, guest room with international TV channels. For bathroom available wardrobe, wash basin, shower with hot and cold water, toilet amenities. From Radea Villa Umalas there are local and international restaurants, shopping places along Umalas street. You need 10 minutes drive to go to Seminyak beach or 15 minutes to Canggu beach. Other activities that close by Umalas area Canggu beach, Canggu club, Seminyak square for shopping you need, pura petitenget for explore Bali culture, Petitenget Beach for one of the best sunset in Bali, Batubelig Beach for bar and sunset, and some night club to spend your night.

Paisa was very luxury and modern but it lil bit smaller than Radea Villa. First Thing First the PLUS point were the villa really spacius. with a space like pathway that connect the Kitchen and pool. And Oh there was a set of dine table and chair in the kitchen. Really feels like a home!! and I LOVE IT. the Pool's size were really well, not too small or not to wide. the amenities at the kitchen really really complete. The amenities in room lil bit not perfectly complete bcs there's no Hairdryer hoho. Pool Towel well set, bath towel well prepared. hot and cold water well set . Good Job. Spacius Bathroom. Spacius Bedroom, Comfy Bedroom, and the Sleep Quality was pretty good. By The Way, love the Ambience Overall of the Villa. Really Match for who those want to Chill. My Room Got Decored with Birthday think, Baloons, Flowers and surprised. and Oh the Birthday Cake. THANKYOU FOR ARRANGE IT ALL FOR ME. Location were accessible and easy find. The Staff during they were served us very friendly and helpful. Its Only the minus were the Parking Lot, Parking Lot too narrow, theres no parking for car, and its only enough for 4/5 motorbike. buat overall , I Love this Accomodation, i'll reccomend Radea villa for all my relation, Worth it to stay here. Promise will comin' back.
