Not the best base for sightseeing but a nice hotel
Reviewed By thelonious22Ramada Hotel & Resort Gyeongju is probably a spot I would avoid during the weekend or high season as any “resorts” in Korea are full of screaming kids, elevators being clogged with visitors packing a month worth of food for a weekend visit, and inefficient check-in. The property is new so the condition of the room was excellent. Bed was super comfortable and the balcony area was well sheltered so that we could enjoy drinks and meals even in the winter. The ocean view rooms are well worth the higher costs as the sunrise from the room was spectacular. It is a good half hour drive from central Gyeongju so it’s not the best base for Gyeongju sightseeing but the small Gampo-eup town is a few kilometers away for most basic needs.

Big spacious suite good for family w/ kids
Reviewed By Ling20162016We stayed in this hotel for 1 night only with a package tour. Our room is huge with kitchen area, fridge and a comfortable living room. Shower & toilet are separate so it is kind of convenient for a small family to stay. The room was clean ; and the buffet breakfast next morning was pretty good with a variety of food -- especially nice for the cool weather in November.

Reviewed By reelNZThe hotel is extremely old. Old key style with only one key available per room. I was located on the top floor. My room was large but very basic. I was in town watching a youth football tournament. The beds are hard. No glass ware in the room. When you showered, the toilet got wet as it was badly laid out and old. The bath towels are the size of our tea towel. My small deck was filthy with so many wasps outside I could not go out onto the deck. The staff are friendly, but the food not great. I received breakfast as part of my stay, which was horrible. Air conditioning worked but very noisy. There is a superstore downstairs that is well Stocked. My recommendation, find somewhere else. I will never return.

Reviewed By gbgibsfrozeThis is the Jeungsan Water Valley Camping Site. The place was a little hard to find because of the mountain. By checking the surroundings, the toilet and shower rooms are as clean as camping grounds. Really nice! The walkway was connected by a deck, and all the rides and sports equipment were superb. I wanna visit again this place in Summer and bring a tent!

Reviewed By watchsmartOverall, I liked this hotel a lot. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. However, they are beginning to show their age. My room had a fair number of scuffs and scrapes, and a cigarette hole in the couch. Not much effort seems to have been taken to deal with this kind of wear and tear. The location, though, is great. The hotel is away from the main part of the city so you will find yourself right next to some great hiking opportunities. Breakfast each morning is a massive buffet of mostly western items, along with a few Korean staples. Note that if you have more than two guests in your room you will have to pay an extra 20000 won each for access. That seems a bit steep. It is worth mentioning that this place seems to host a lot of events. They can get noisy. To avoid this, request a room without a mountain view.

Nice views in standard Korean facility
Reviewed By devis0nUleung-do is a scenic island and this hotel offers a place to relax where you can continue to take in the beauty of the island from the balcony of your room. Its Korean style, simple accommodations with floor mats for sleeping but has everything you need. A pleasant stay.
