The best family holiday we have ever had!
Reviewed By juliaburnsHonestly I cannot praise this hotel enough! We originally booked a family room at the K club through Jet2. However when we arrived they only had ground floor rooms available - which is an issue for me having a young child and being unable to leave the patio doors open at all. So I spoke with the fantastic lady in guest relations and she offered the Selin at an additional cost of €50 per night for a family suite - obviously I agreed as the suites were huge! We were transferred by golf buggy to our new hotel and upon arrival we were speechless! It was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever seen with a huge chandelier over reception area. There was champagne on arrival - we were shown straight to our suite (room 2510 on the 5th floor). The room - WOW! Amazing living area - lounge, huge TV with English channels and can change language on a lot of channels too! Free minibar filled daily. 2 huge bedrooms with seating areas and full dressing tables, bathroom with a bath and seperate shower cubicle. Balcony with 180 degree views of the beach and sea and main pool area. It was beautifully furnished and plenty of storage! The food - again this was fantastic - the selection was unbelievable - we never had a bad meal! Every day there was so much to choose from and everywhere there were cooking stations so your food was always freshly prepared and hot. My sister is a vegetarian and had several meals adapted for her by the chefs including vegetarian kebabs and also veggie sushi. The sweets area was Devine! My daughter checked out the cakes before her meals each day! The main restaurant was so good that we never bothered with the Alacarte!! We also tried several of the poolside and beach snack bars and they were very good and tasty and plentiful! Entertainment- by far the best I’ve ever seen! We went to a pool party at the central hotel (Fulya), we went to 2 party nights on the football field which were like mini festivals! I have never seen anything like the set-up that this complex had on offer! And absolutely everything was included with the all inclusive! The nightly shows were also very good and the day time activities were also lots of fun! The waterpark was so much fun and felt very safe! Atmosphere - if you wanted an active holiday then the option was there - if you wanted a quiet holiday then again the option was there to do that. I loved that all activities were for the whole family and my daughter had the best holiday! My only unhappy experience came at the shop next to the pool - which I believe is rented privately. It was very very overpriced. A bucket and spade - €20! A cheap version of a barbie boat (beauty instead of barbie) €180!! One hundred and eighty euros! Obviously I did not pay this - but the prices were obscene. The other issue was the cost of late check out. Our room was €30 per hour. I did feel very annoyed by this as we were previously told €20 per hour but also because we completely missed our first full day. I ended up with a late checkout until 7pm at a cost of €140. However - as the shop is independent from the hotel, and it was my choice to get a late check out - I would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel complex to my friends and family!!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning does not work properly. Entertainment is for all tastes, with good taste, quality parties, pool entertainers, water games, and more. I would love to come back anytime.

Very good cleaning, here special thanks to Ms Derya. Very professional and allways with a nice greeting and smile. Hotel staff works really well. Very friendly and helpful. Delicious food, professional waiting service. Dress code in the evening. Enthousiastic and well-performed animations. A beautiful wellness area where the guests can book massage and different relax programs. Access to hamam and sauna all day long without booking. Cons: need for more English speaking staff, they were in minority at the reception desk. I understand German and Russian så it wasn’t a problem for us but English-only guests can be really frustrated.

We had the garden view in the voucher however what we can see it’s a dark side of the building where the staff go on break and a bit of town. Not very happy with that. Probably won’t come back

Reviewed By ertan sHotel is a little old style but restored .. hotel give big area ... under the tree you can lie on grans... hotel very big beach area.. with very soft clean soil.. really colakli area one of most big soil area beach in turkey... you can walk near sea km's ...Hotel is most big advantage , hotel have big area and also very big beach area...pool is normal .. not big... if you are interested in poll dont come to this hotel..hotel rooms normal comfortable beds old style .. noy luxury...hotel food also normal and enough.. they are giving vgetables from same company garden..quality food but not luxury... if your expectation is is luxury dont come to this hotel.. if your expectation taking good service good bach and wide area with tree and garden compared with your payment , you can easily select this hotel....hotel beach is not deep.. you can go 150 meter inside sea , not passing body .. bottom golden colour soft soil...Thanks a lot Sural team

Glamour Hotel and Spa Resort
Reviewed By karenwA8834LTJust back from a lovely 6 nights away staying at the Glamour Hotel. We arrived late at the hotel in the early hours of the morning due to our flight being diverted but we were greeted at the hotel by smiling staff who were very polite and helpful. All of the hotel staff were friendly and polite but there are a few who stood out - the bar tender at the cocktail bar in the hotel lobby - Yunus, remembered us each time we visited the bar, remembered what we liked to drink and always made conversation with us. The man ( sorry I didn’t get his name) who worked in front of reception in a black uniform always had a cheery smile, twinkly eyes and a friendly hello and the male cleaner on the beach who worked very hard to keep the sun loungers, beach area and toilets tidy and very clean. There was an array of food to choose from on a daily basis and although the same things most breakfast and lunchtime there were different foods for the evening meal and always a huge selection of desserts. You could choose to eat meals inside or outside and at the beach bar up to 4 pm or at the main restaurant. It was good to see that masks were worn when moving about inside the restaurant and the use of plastic gloves while using the serving spoons was a great idea. The a la carts restaurant wasn’t open during our stay. The bedrooms were a good size, comfortable and cleaned everyday. The bathrooms provided toiletries and had a large walk in shower but no bath. The whole of the hotel was very clean, tidy and well maintained and had a feeling of spaciousness with different areas to sit or sunbathe - on the lobby terrace- lovely for drinks in the evening, by the pool, in the gardens or down on the beach. At the beach there were plenty of sun loungers, the beach was Sandy and clean and the sea was very clear. As it was the end of the season it was very quiet with many of the hotels closing down or already closed along the beachfront. We had a Turkish bath and massage which was lovely at the hotels spa, and there was evening entertainment at 9pm for those who wanted to go. We were the only English couple in the hotel but this was fine as there was always a member of staff somewhere who could understand us and help us if needed. For the price we paid this was an excellent hotel, the only improvement would be designated areas for those who smoked during meals, on the beach and on the lobby terrace.

There are lots of activities to spend your time, and you can find bars and snacks at all times of the day around the hotel. It especially feels good to drink your beverage next to the pool. Totally recommended.

Amazing holiday
Reviewed By Dreamer319338We have just returned from a week in the Queen Alba and have had a lovely time.. The children really enjoyed all of the activities and pool games especially with Yavuz !!! The slides were good fun too .. and different things every day including pool foam party and water inflatable assault course that had everyone involved. The restaurant was nice with good selection of food even for a fussy eater like me , always tasty and plentiful, nice pool bar and beach bar with menus, waffles and ice cream.. kids loved it. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Evening entertainment and amusements were good including ten pin bowling and snooker tables. Definitely recommend this hotel, it’s not as luxurious as other hotels I’ve stayed in in this resort but the price reflects that, it’s clean and well organised so no complaints from us.
