Victor's Way

Reviewed By Da616a2 - Dublin, Ireland

Great place to visit and well worth the entrance fee. I had no idea it was there despite being so close to Roundwood and Glendalough. Statues are fascinating, even if the descriptions of their meanings are pretty hard to decipher. Very peaceful despite there being quite a few other people visiting. Would highly recommend it.

Mottee Stone

Hard to find. Look for sign nailed to a tree which points down a small country lane to the Mottee Stone. Easy walk.

Fantastic stop if travelling through Baltinglass. Ruins are impressive and there is a very informative description board at the entrance giving you some insight and history of the Abbey.

This is personally one of favourite place to go for a run with the dog. It offers beautiful view on the top trail and a quaint river walk on the bottom trail.there are also some fantastic sculptures made from natural materials that blend in to surroundings.
