Reviews on Pizza food in Rincon, Caribbean. Rincon is best known for two things—surfing and sunsets. Beaches are small (meaning no huge resort beaches) and no matter how much of a Type-A personality you are, Rincon’s laid-back attitude and leisurely pace will soon win you over.
Things to do in Rincon
This place has been open for many years. It is your typical pizzeria where you can find calzone, fried chicken and off course pizza. It is right in front of the Rincon municipality hospital. About 200 feet from downtown plaza. Gets packed during lunch as many people who work nearby go there.
Established in 1995, we sure have the Best Pizza in town!! Try our Huge Calzones, Pastas, Ice cream, fries and more
We could not find a restaurant that was opened On Tuesday.. Then we saw this pizza place. It is very shy, but do not let that fool you. The pizza was thin and very tasty. There were locals eating there and that is the bests recommendation when it comes to finding the best. There were several Italian dishes that we saw been served and they look delicious.

Street wagon pizzeria, with some tables. But is a safe place to go and have a home made pizza and other Puertorican goodies.
I'm usually disappointed when it comes to eating pizza outside of New York, but Ricky did not disappoint. The pizza is really really good and it's inexpensive ($5 for a pie). Call ahead or just show up.. You can park right out front and walk up, but you probably won't make it back to your car without having eaten a couple slices and maybe an empanadilla... and whereas most restaurants close around 9 or 10 in Rincon, they're open quite late.

This is the best place to really appreciate the local cousine with a variety of food trucks. It is even pet friendly.
Tourists beware! This is a great cheap eats pizza place. Pizza is tasty, the combo comes loaded with tasty toppings and it is very reasonably (inexpensive) prices!BUT sadly on our last visit they tried way over charging (like double). This can happen in tourist areas- if you eat in here you pay at the end so just a good idea to confirm the amount up front.

New Caribbean Restaurant, Fresh Seafood, Wood fire pizza, Salads, locally sourced ingredients, refreshing drinks, vegan/vegetarian friendly. Located inside Lazy Parrot Inn (poolside area).
This is a mostly open-air rest & bar around the pool at the Lazy Parrot Inn on Road 413 - Rincon's "Road to Happiness". The restaurant is separate from the Inn and has changed ownership this year. It features wood-fired pizzas and other dishes. We all opted for margarita pizzas & bottles of their house wine from Argentina. We four were there for dinner. Our server Laura was great. We were there kinda late but she convinced the chef to keep the pizza oven going for our meal. The pizza was really good - good crust & toppings. This place is a little tricky to find. There is parking across the street and in back of the Inn - down the steep hill - but the hill road is new & paved. It is a cool place to go, esp in the evening, with its grotto-like atmosphere and lighting. Prices are fair and service was very good. I'm sure you will enjoy the experience.

This is my go-to restaurant for a good old fashioned traditional omelette breakfast. Full of veggies, meat and cheese, and served with a side of potatoes, toast and greens, this breakfast is very satisfying. Donât forget to ask for a little hot sauce on the side...delicious! De Bocaâs also has the best latte in Rincón Plaza. Others are good, but this is really the only latte that measures up to those in coffee houses stateside. The only downside Iâve experienced here is the long wait to order that happens if you sit outside. When this happens we just walk inside to place our order. Itâs still worth it to enjoy a fresh breakfast outside watching the Sunday farmerâs market.

Mi Familias Brick Oven Eatery - Brick Oven Pizza, Craft Beer on Draft, Craft Cocktails and a relaxed environment!
FYI: I reviewed this place 4 years ago. The business changed hands late last year (2018). No more Mi Familias. It is still in the same location at the Lazy Parrot Inn. The format is pretty much the same, but the property has been upgraded with new tables & fixtures. Also, the road next to the Inn has been paved and there is some parking at the top and bottom of the road, as well as across the street. The pizza is still excellent, great crust & toppings - wood-fired now, and the service and ambiance is very good. Look for my review of Que Viva here on Trip Advisor.Tom Z - Mi Familias Pizzeria did not change hands but instead we moved out of that location last year. Mi Familias is very much alive and we have been hard at work building at our new location! We are temporarily closed but very close to opening back up right here in Puntas down the street. Look for updates soon and hope to see you when we open our doors!

Wow! A surprisingly wonderful dinner I wasnât expecting. I have visited rincon many times throughout the years and loved the new addition of pizza ad pasta served at Mangia Mi! Small plates, fresh ingredients and a great atmosphere made this the new go to place.
