Fancied a glass of wine after wondering around the town. Wine was nice, service was not. We didnât order food and this annoyed the staff, I could understand if they were busy but we were practically the only people there. Charged us extra for the wine that we ordered, spiteful tactic. AVOID.

Even though we were participants at one of the Schools at the Ettore Majorana Centre, the service here was quite good compared to some other places. The staff spoke some English and this is the only restaurant on the School list that serves pizza! Service was a bit slow and the food was average. We went here for lunch and got fresh fruit for dessert.Beverages were reasonably priced.

Visiting the beautiful hillside town of Erice, we got to the top at the town square and decided to have lunch! I'd heard that it was important to try Sicilian couscous and they had a big sign saying 'Couscous today' (or today's couscous?). In any case, it is rich and savoury, served with a broth on the side that you can add to the couscous and came with some fried pieces of seafood. My better half had a very boring salad. We sat in a top corner, which was nice and intimate, but it looks like this restaurant is actually divided into their pizzeria section and another section (and is there an upstairs as well?). it wasn't a fabulous meal but was fine. And I got to try the couscous!

We recently returned to Boca with friends who hadn't been there before. They thoroughly enjoyed the food and were enchanted by the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere of the restaurant. Get there by 8pm to get a table either in the covered garden room, or out in the garden during the warmer months; during the winter, stay in the entrance hall near the open fire. Their 'mare & terra' antipasti are delicious, a Trapani eating experience not to be missed!

Popular "local" place with a friendly owner and a lovely view of Erice. Pizza looked good.Pasta dishes were really good but unusual and not the typical choices you see in thearea. Decent prices. Recommend.
