Great plant based foods, great location, not too far from the city center. Kids can swim in the swimming pool, they have Lego to keep the kids busy. And not to forget to mention the salad size...huge and yummmmm ... French fries that actually the sweet potatoes...lovely n healthier choice! Must try!

The wood fired pizza oven was a nice addition. The pizza is really quite good. Even by Western standards. It is certainly well above much of the pizza you find elsewhere on Batam.The staff is very friendly, but polite and respectful. Not a bunch of 'buy me a drink' girls. A great place for a meal with friends. The live band is often quite good. A great alternative for a weeknight out.

While waiting to return to Singapore a group of us found this restaurant near the new ferry terminal at Harbour Bay. Since we just had lunch we didnât order much food but had drinks and a couple of pizzas. You could tell that the pizzas were made from scratch because it took about half an hour to come. But boy, were they delicious. The crusts were thin and crispy and the cheese tasted smoky and went really well with the the toppings of salami and mushrooms. The slices were wolfed down in no time flat although we were still quite full from a heavy lunch. Unfortunately we couldnât order any more because we had to leave in a hurry to catch the ferry back home.Hi Dustynoah My sincere apology for the slow serving time. All our dishes are freshly prepared upon orders received and are in ordering sequence. Your valuable comment and feed back are important to us and we will continue to strive and improve to serve our customers better. Hoping to see All of you soon.Cheers

Piccolo restaurant in Batam leaves a lot to be desired with respect to service.The hotel made a booking on our behalf and specifically requested an indoor table on the second level. The hotel also called to reconfirm our reservation. When we arrived we were told to proceed to the third level where there was no reserved table. We were told to sit at an uncleared table where the guests had just left. This was obviously not our table. When we queried this we were told the second level was full and the hotel reserved an outdoor table. We know that this is a lie as we would never sit outside with smokers and the hotel had confirmed an indoor table. This was our anniversary dinner and this left a bad taste in our mouths. The entire evening was spent listening to mobile games being played very loudly at the neighbouring table. When the food arrived only 2 plates of food arrived and there were 3 of us. After my Husband and Son finished their meals, my meal arrived. The food is of a good standard but we wonât be returning as service like this does not dignify a return visit. Hallo, thank you so much for taking time to inform us your unpleasant situation, and weâre so sorry you had to experience that, especially on your special day This is definitely not what we want our guests to experience, but somehow we got things wrong. I have shared your situation to our staffs, and we have improved our SOP immediately in receiving a reservation.We really do hope you visit us again someday and have a great dining experience just like other guests do.Thank You,Julia Ahadiah

This is one of those finds, when you willing to try a great meal for making your happy tummy with cheaper prices, that will make for a most wonderful memory.The atmosphere is cool, with the cafe interior design although the tables are close but the mood changed right away when the food came in. The service was very good. It is difficult to describe all the great flavors of everything we had, so I will post some pics to drool over. The great flavor of the pizza make me wants more and do not forget with the price of it cause it's very cheap for 1 plate of delicious pizza. This is a must place to eat when in Batam. Watching the chef making the pizza and insert it to the brick oven, added to this great experience. I will definitely dine at Pizza Purissimo again!

This bright, clean, modern restaurant is next to the Nagoya Hill shopping mall and easy to access. The staff are cheerful and friendly and speak excellent English. The food is heavenly and very Italian - because the chef and owner is. My truffle fettucine was excellent - cooked al dente and brimming with several suble flavours. The pizza was outstanding, with a light, flaky base. The staff were happy to modify the menu to accommodate our vegetarian requirements. And the wine was superb. Highly recommended.
