Reviewed By 831anssikVery clean hotel which does not look like russian hotel at all. Receptionist are friendly. Everywhere very clean. Rooms are quite big. I was not happy with breakfast but proce was good even without breakfast. Great location near center (not exactly but close)

Very Nice place with inadecvate prices and low quality service
Reviewed By Alex KWe've booked the "luxury" room valued more than 500 USD total for 4 days and expected we'll get something for our money. Well, it seems you should pay more and more just to get additional services you can't stay without. The restaraunt food on the dinner is good enough in comparison with some other local places, but really not cheap. In contrast, the breakfast was terrible and is full of junk products from the lowest price range. They've brougt the full plate of butter which was impossible to eat, cause it was the cheapest terrible margarine instead (while they tell it's a creamy butter in their menu). The sausage was the cheapest available in local stores and I would not eat that if I love my health. I.e the breakfast quality is about the same you could get in some European hostel while I paid the luxury price. Additionally, nor TV nor the internet was working in this "luxury" room. The pool was closed for repair on the second day of our stay with no compensation offered. From positive sides, I appreciate the silence and nature of this place, the interior is also nice. The pool was great when it worked. The family apartment has everything you need like a microwave, teapot etc and it consists of 4 really large rooms and batroom. This hotel has all the potential to be awesome, but it needs to be more honest with people. This is the only way to succeed.

Affordable Motel
Reviewed By Calvin TAffordable and conveniently placed motel just 2km off the highway. It offers free parking and the owner has a friendly dog. The WiFi is a little spotty but the place is clean. Be careful of the steps, they are a bit uneven. For the price, nothing to complaint about.

Reviewed By Trail658682В мотеле Сухонский тракт останавливаюсь постоянно при следовании на автомашине из Питера в республику Коми и обратно уже порядка лет 6-7. Поездки бывают и по несколько раз в год. Поэтому с данным объектом знаком не по наслышке. Удобное место на трассе для отдыха. Всегда в пути хотелось доехать до привычного места отдыха. Нравилась дополнительная скидка при заселении после 22 часов в размере 50 процентов от первоначальной цены. Но при последнем посещении и проживании был неприятно удивлен отсутствием такой скидки. Администратор отвела взгляд и промолчал. Не понятна политика и в вопросах включения стоимости завтрака в общую стоимость . Не понятно по какой причине при первом посещении стоимость завтрака составляла 240 руб, а при заселении через несколько дней при следовании уже обратно цена завтрака была уже120 руб. Выяснить причину в кафе не удалось, а администратора занимающегося оформлением документов на месте не было. Нам было дорого время и мы уехали, хотя осадок от обиды остался. По всей видимости ситуация в мотеле меняется и меняется в худшую сторону, если администратор бегает со шваброй по этажами в дополнение ко всему ещё и кровати в номерах перестилает. Исходя из всего происшедшего мы сделали для себя вывод о подборе для будущего места отдыха других вариантов. Хорошо, что данный сервис развивается и мест для отдыха на дороге стало уже достаточно.

Lovely room good location
Reviewed By john bSpent 2 night here after a mix up with an apartment in the centre. The Staff speak a little english and are very pleasant. we had a luxury room which was well worth the extra nice big sofa and really comfy bed. No real out look though. there is no restaurant there but a little self service cafe with vending machines open all the time. Breakfast is found in there paper bags with cakes and salad but was Ok. we ordered a Taxi to the airport which was on time and good value. the nearby metro is 5 stops from the centre.

У нас был номер, который позиционируется на сайте как ЛЮКС :завтрак включен, халаты, тапочки. На самом деле завтрак НЕ включен, НЕТ ни халатов, ни тапочек. Для нас это было не принципиально, но может для кого-нибудь это важно и люди будут расчитывать на завтрак или на халат. Зачем вводить в заблуждение? Большой плюс можно жить с животными, дополнительной оплаты не требуют. В номере был холодильник, чайник и микроволновка.

Reviewed By Елена ХОтель нам очень понравился. Близко расположен к центру, шаговая доступность до метро, чисто и интерьер оформлен креативно. В номере тепло. Мы даже открывали окно. Правда, был слышен шум с улицы. Но, когда ты приходишь, уставшая от прогулок - это не критично. Единственный минус, это то, что администраторы отеля работают с 10:00-19:00. Это затрудняет заезд и отъезд посетителей. Также, как и сдать вещи на хранение. Мы приехали в 5:24,и вещи смогли сдать только в 10:00. Хотя до этого заранее обговаривали оставить багаж пораньше. Если для кого-то это не критично, то этот отель отличный вариант для тех, кто хочет оставиться ближе к центру, чтобы ознакомиться с прекрасным городом Санкт-Петербург.
