Zwingli was one of the important Protestant reformers. Although it was a short visit and it was also raining, I am glad to have visited Zurich.

Bürkliterrace overlooks Lake Zurich, and the terrace has trees and benches so is a lovely place to take in the views of the lake and alps in the distance. The sculpture the Abduction of Olympus is of Zeus in eagle form with the most beautiful mortal Ganymede.
