Reviewed By rayg616The a restaurant here is well worth the experience with a very attentive staff and excellent food. The surrounding gardens are wonderful. Rooms are very large and well kept with a quaint English charm but African flavor. All and all a very nice place.

Need to improve on Customer Care, Hot Water and Wi-Fi Services
Reviewed By rutendom834CThe Manna Resort is very beautiful. However, much needs to be improved on customer service by hotel staff. I do not think that the staff are trained on standard customer care practices. Also, hot water and Wi-Fi seem to be big issues and the staff are not quick to or sometimes do not even respond to queries to sort this out. If you want to attend business meetings online, you have to take extra precaution or you may risk not having the internet service to conduct virtual meetings.

Peaceful stay in a comfortable thatched lodge

The lodge and its surroundings were very peaceful and were ideal for using as a base while we were visiting our family. The thatched rooms were comfortable and clean and the free wifi was very reliable. The breakfast was served in a dining near reception and although there wasn't a huge selection, it was a full cooked breakfast. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The lodge isn't in the heart of the city, so you would need a taxi to get around if you don't have your own transport. Credit cards were accepted
