Special thanks to all the staff managing the facility, you have taken great care of us during our stay. Would like to mention housekeeping staff "Aarti" and "Dipendra" who did a fabulous job in maintaining cleanliness in our room and also kudos to "Sahyle" at reception who was courteous to greet us and help us with an easy checkin to the hotel. A new property very close to green line metro station (3-4 min walk). Once again thank you very much for making our stay memorable Definitely a thumbs up for Suha Park (Al Jadaf) !!!

Pool Day
Reviewed By neilhE8364ZLI spent a couple of days by the pool here. Great vibe, food and service. Views of the golf course from the infinity pool. The team are great here, you’ll be in good hands. Thanks to Ellaine, Kamal, Nazmeera and Paolo who made me feel very welcome and at home. :)

Reviewed By unknownreviewer05We stayed here on a budget and the only complaints we had were that the rooms we stayed in were filled with bugs, even in the fridge and on beds. The balcony had not been cleaned recently and there were stains on bedsheets. Broken cupboards and bad wifi service regularly. However staff were polite and the hotel is good if you’d like to stay near the gold market/cheap restraunts.

Reviewed By Adams11111We arrived at hotel arround in the evening booked through agoda there is no welcome from the reception staff. After we approach to him asking for room. As per him he can't track reservations using guest names. Moving on when we asked for wifi to use to trace our reservation confirmation number he denied the Access. After checking he said rooms not available. We told at the same time to return our money n we will go find other one. Guy called his manager or someone and later giving room with e bed for 2 pplz that is ones are n a lifetime experience for me. Lol..... moving on to the check in process he took 100 dhs from me for tourism fee of 7 dhs. We have given it too. When arround 9.30pm we return from outside this miserable guy saying to me give card n take money. If a person have only 100 dhs how a guy can keep it till checkout without giving back change..??? Finally one hk guy come asking card to give money I told him we misplaced the card he called to reception miserable guy picks the call n hk staff gives the money. I don't understand customer service ???? moving on I called n politely ask the name of person in reception no answer ??? I would like to inform Dubai health authority one thing on behalf of everyone that this guy was not wearing mask and gloves while interacting with any guests .. this need to take in serious attention keeping in mind the current situation through out the world. I will never ever recommend this hotel to any person in the universe. Kind regards to hotel manager please look into it and if u want please check CCTV to know it very well. Body language of staff should be welcoming not annoying the stays of guests. Pleaae check the attachment picture condition of room

Reviewed By ChrisA3044With no contact they cancelled a full week booking for family for our wedding the night of arrival . Out of courtesy I called to say they would land late for arrival . By then he said we gave out your room and canceled the booking . Straight after my call they then sent a message saying credit card not approved to cover themselves. I used the same card later that evening to book another property very last minute . Their reception was very very rude and is obviously not used to dealing with people in a civil manor but must just deal with people like a street trader or worse . Avoid it there are better deals anywhere else in dubai than here
