Reviewed By Connector04475999040I stayed at the Beach Rotana Residence for 13 days, in that time, the staff has been friendly, the rooms were clean, the thermal and sound insulation is great! I really liked having a washing/drying machine, and an iron in the room.

They INSIST on FREEZING you to painful illness
Reviewed By 960fahadjOK so it's COLD outside, it's around 15-20 degrees every night, and every room does have its own ac unit, YET, THEY INSIST ON KEEPING THE AC IN THE HALLWAYS ON. And they don't just keep it on, they keep it FREEZING, which in turn obviously makes the ROOMS FREEZING. I tried asking nicely MANY TIMES, Heck the last time I even BEGGED them to turn it down but they refused...? I mean, what is even the logic here? The AC exists to regulate the temperature when it's hot, why would you crank it up ALL THE WAY when it's COLD OUTSIDE?! Was there ANY thought process involved here? And why would you refuse to turn it down?!?! ITS ALREADY COLD OUTSIDE. Ofcourse, they made me sick from my first day and I didn't get better until I went back home to dubai and slept a night in a room that wasn't freezing. When I say the room was freezing I'm not exaggerating at all, it was FREEZING.

This unique place has a style all its own.Located in Abu Dhabi in the Abu Dhabi Emirate region, Al Riyadh Hotel Apartments provides accommodations with free private parking. Accommodations is fitted with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. A microwave, a fridge and stovetop are also provided, as well as a kettle.
Big potential for better
Reviewed By Jelena MWe stayed only one night, as we traveled that morning, so we needed place just to sleep and to be close to the airport with affordable prices. It was very pleasant surprise how specious place is, very clean, new and fully equipped. However, guest service should be much better. It is quite poor for this price. We booked through Airbnb, paid already to have a situation upon check in to be said that there are more fees to be paid. It is not very visible once you are doing booking, so for this price you could get something more closer to the airport, for example. Also, construction work started a little bit before 7 am on that Friday morning, so it’s not a good thing from reception to give a room facing that side, knowing you arrived after midnight.

Nice Place For A Long Layover
Reviewed By Wayno11We had a ten hour layover in Abu Dhabi (middle of the night so we couldn't leave the airport). Room was exactly what we needed for some quality rest. Although we were flying business and could have used other facilities in the airport, the room provided a quiet get away. Beds were comfortable and shower/bath was also nice for an overnight stay. Check in and check out were easy and we definitely recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay without leaving the airport.

Concierg and security is well aware of hotel soundings. The restuarant buffet offers value for money. Hotel gym is in need of serious maintenance, especially the tredmill's. it would be extremely beneficial for guests if they were replaced with new once.

A good sleep to a huge and quiet room
Reviewed By eatout_abudhabiWe have important things to do in Al Ain. Looking for a room to stay for one night to sleep before we go back to Abu Dhabi we decided to stay at this hotel. The price is so right, and we have a good room its huge and have a nice view from the outside. It offers a kitchen, with a laundry machine, washing machine and cooking stove. The bathroom have toiletries and hygiene kit. There is table with two chairs. Its definitely recommendable to stay here.
