Reviewed By AlanK130My brother and I arrived for a 4 day fishing package and from the minute we arrived everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The rooms were nice with plenty of space and equipped with floor fans and AC. If you are the type that needs a tv or constant wifi then probably stay somewhere else. If you want a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation with the only noise being the waves and the roosters then by all means visit this place. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The scenery is amazing. We would watch the schools of sardines if the beach while eating breakfast before loading on the boat. Whale sharks swimming just off the beach.

Reviewed By DavidDDDDzjGreat hotel in a perfect location between the river and the sea. Best spot for whale watching from your own room (if you get the one on the top of the restaurant). The manager, Rubiela, was extremely nice and helpful in arranging excursions. Food was simply great and very tasty. And the kids enjoyed ther pool.

Reviewed By joblack11This hostel is ideally situated, on an empty beach an hour's walk from gorgeous Utría nature park. The Orbe family have accomplished brilliant conservation work, transforming the mindset of tourists on sea turtles as well as that of their own local community. On top of the warm welcome, each member of the family has precious and unique knowledge to share. I highly recommend the walking tour to the nature park, for an additional fee, where I learned about native plants and how the local afro-indigenous community is working to protect the land. From the Bahía Solano airport you can take a tuktuk to El Valle, and be picked up there on a motorcycle. Simply be aware that the farm is situated in a beautiful remote location, therefore trips into town must adapt to the tide, and you will want to either stock up on food, or purchase meals at the farm.

Reviewed By Christina MNice, clean rooms, simple, but wasn't missing anything. WiFi came and went, but that's to expect being in the isolated rainforest. Amazing staff, great outings, food was simple but nice - fresh fish caught in the bay right out front. Highly recomended. Habitaciones limpias, sencillas, pero no nos faltaba nada. El Wifi era mas o menos, como uno puede esperar estando en la selva. Excelente atención, excursiones cheveres, la comida sencilla pero rica - pescado fresco cogido en la bahia en frente. Recomendado!

Reviewed By T8991HWangelacIt was my first time at Tarima Del Colibrí Hotel and I can say is the most beautiful place, it has a really nice entrance surrounded by trees and flowers that creates a magic atmosphere. Then you find the dining room and her special chef Elaine who cooked for us delicious dishes not only fish but also vegetarian options and yummy desserts. The cottages are comfortable, made in wood , with their own bathrooms and each bed has a nest to mosquito protection One of the best things is the location, is in front of the beach. This hotel not only offers really good accommodations but also good plans to do in Bahia Solano; Luisa and Lucas theirs owners are really kind people and are ready to help you and make feel you like home I do recommend this magic place !!

Gloria es super amable y cercana, está muy atenta a todo, la atención fue excelente en todo momento. La comida está deliciosa!! Pasamos unos días maravillosos, sin duda volveremos!!
