It is a very big place and not very atmospheric. But great food, choice of Toscan cuisine, pizza's and seafood. Great for family dinners, with large tables and inside and outside playing opportunities

After visiting The Mall we came here for lunch. Had the tagliatelle with porcini and tartufo followed by the grilled beef. OMG. Heavenly! Generous portions and very reasonably priced. It is simply stunning. Great service with a smile and very accommodating.Very very highly recommended.

Came here for lunch during our day at the Mall. We walked to the restaurant which took around 15 minutes under the summer heat, but it was worth it! Food was superb and at very reasonable prices. There was only one staff serving the whole restaurant (poor lady!) but food was served fairly quickly. Would definitely recommend for all visitors at the Mall. You may also drive there and park on the street (not sure about the risks).

Dinner with friends in this wonderful country hamlet. The food is five star, the setting is wonderful but the cherry on the cake was the enthusiastic service from the owner who evidently has a passion for what she does. We spent 6 nights in Pontassieve and we spent three of those evenings at Sandrino´s! It was crowded every night and this was in the end of October. They serve very good pizza, pasta and other food as well. The place is familyrun. The son was our waiter every time we were there. He ( and the whole family) is so serviceminded and friendly, and he speeks really good English. We finished off every dinner with a nice Aperol Spritz for the adults and icecream for the children.

Ci torno sempre volentieri per un panino al volo. Ormai quando sono da quelle parti è diventato dâobbligo mangiare il loro spettacolare lampredotto, accompagnato da un bicchiere di vino rosso locale. Questa volta lampredotto accompagnato da salsa verde e salsa piccante...... senza parole!! Come già detto in passato, non si può più farne a meno!

Was lucky enough to attend an exceptionally designed local food and wine degustazione. Wow! That is the word that represents the experience. The food was so appealing that my wife who is a vegetarian tried the meat dishes for the first time in years. All I can say is hats off to the chef and team. As I understand, these evening events only happen occasionally but it sure is worth it!

we came here based on the Tripadviser reviews and returned next day. Stefano , the chef, is an undiscovered master of cooking. He makes everything himself and ready to make special wishes as well. We had an Asparagus soup with seafood and pasta for the main dish. My wife took stuffed artichokes, that was a complete masterpiece. These are fresh artichoke in the season filled with a Mozarella/recotta/ breadcrumbs combination. I had a lasagna with pesto and artichokes. The main dish is between 5 and 7 Euros and the whole bill with wine and 3 courses for 2 was 33!! (thirty-three) Euros. Very convenient on the way to and from "The Mall" as they are on teh Autostrada exit. Will come back and joy once more,
