Although the restaurant is pretty cool (decor, location, etc.), EVERY time that we have gone there, we end up waiting more than 20-30 minutes for our food which, usually, is just average. Dishes sound really good on the menu but have failed to deliver every time. It's not bad, but it's just NOT very good or worth the price. As a positive, they do have a good wines...

And it's not because the stunning view outcasts the menu or the service, it's just that everything is so average. I was expecting more from a place that has a privileged spot, service is slow and lack of basic knowledge of the products they offer. Also, the place looks old, there's something when you go into the restaurant that gives you the impression that you are in the 90's, and not as a cool vintage vibe, but rather in a "let's go somewhere else" sense

El lugar es muy lindo y acogedor, me encantó la decoración; pedà unos chilaquiles que son porciones ENORMES y también unos tamales de elote con rajas gratinados, todo estuvo delicioso, completamente recomendable.

The New York Strip Loin was excellent. Perfectly cooked. Salad, and asparagus side dish was perfect. Very nice shrimp soup as well.Rib Eye steak left a little to be desired, though. Not everything can be perfect, but would expect better for $695 pesos ($35 USD).Was a little surprised that no after dinner mints were offered, nor any toothpicks.Service was excellent. Waiters were very, very attentive. The had better times here. Restaurants in several cities with a terrible variation in taste. It started as a great family business where quality was before volume. From the kitchen they have pleased caprices and trends. A hundred better places for original, fresh, regional seafood. But tacos gobernador (melted cheese on cooked fish tacos) and oysters are still unbeatable!

This restaurant is more known for its drinks, they have different brands of beers, also they offer different mix of drinks really tasty. What I like they most is that they have fresh drinks that you can enjoy with the hot weather of Culiacan. The location is good on Paseo del Angel next to other restaurants, on weekends they close the street and customers can seat outside the restaurant and enjoy good music.

This restaurant is top notch. The food is beautifully prepared and delicious. Every dish I have ordered has been spectacular. I had dinner last night (gringo time: 8pm) and no one was there yet. I had lunch there today at 3 and the place was packed with well dressed families. Live music not too loud and appropriate. The wine list is impressive. I have enjoyed getting to know Mexican wines, especially those from the Guadalupe Valley. I'm taking a group there tomorrow night and am trying to resist going again right now.

I don't know which is the original, but we met some friends from Mexico DF for a meal while we were all in Culiacan. The Tuna Tostada's were the best part of the meal. The Gringonna was cold, and not very good, and the Pizza left a lot to be desired.Service was decent, and the prices were fair for the quality of food.Thank you for your comment.
