Reviewed By bondaru81We went out for a 3 day trip. The Hotel is nice and cosy. You can tell by the design that it was thought and build by a young mind that took all that input from somewhere else. The staff is nice and makes your wishes come true. They have good quality sustainable food and serving style. Nice whirlpool and sauna. All arround the perfect place to evade from the stress and chaos of work! And last but not least the food...perfect.

Reviewed By ssircaAt first I thought the remoteness of the hotel from the Bayreuth city center (about 20 minutes drive) would be a distraction during the Wagner Festival. It turned out to have the opposite effect: the scope and scale of the place and the lovely surroundings of the Fichtelgebirge allow one to find respite during the performances and enjoy rather than have the feeling of being rushed constantly. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Reviewed By Michelle CWe stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on our way to Munich. The apartment was warm, clean, spacious & quiet. It had good cooking facilities & the bed was comfy. Staff were friendly & helpful. Warmensteinach is a great wee town & we hope to be able to visit again sometime :o)

Great B&B in Warmenstienach
Reviewed By erich545This was a quiet B&B only a 10 minute walk to town. The room was large and comfortable, and the hostess was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Free parking and WiFi were a bonus. Good choice!

A lovely country hotel with apartments
Reviewed By M561PVpaulbThis very well kept hotel and apartment complex serves the country area to the north east of Bayreuth within the Fichtelgebirge. It provides accommodation for summer season activities, the Bayreuth festival and winter season sports. There is plenty of space whether you book an individual room or an apartment suite that can accommodate 4 or more people. All rooms are very tastefully furnished and all common areas are very tidy and clean. The beds are large and comfortable and there is a traditional German buffet style breakfast spread. The hotel does not run a shuttle service to the festival, but the drive there only takes 30 minutes and taxis are readily available. The host and hostess make all feel very much at home and do everything to make the stay in the area as pleasant as possible.

Reviewed By DerWahreManuGut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Guter Lage mit schönem Ausblick über den liebevoll gestalteten Garten auf Warmensteinach und die Berge. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden alles war genauso wie man es sich vorgestellt hat. Von Warmensteinach aus kommt man schnell zum Ochsenkopf und vielen weiteren schönen Orten im Fichtelgebirge. Aber auch Bayreuth, Bamberg und Hof sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Alles in allem kann man hier eine ruhige entspannte Zeit verbringen.

Toller Gastgeber und herrliche Lage!
Reviewed By AllesKlar1Fangen wir mal mit einer Äußerlichkeit an: Dem Namen "Bergblick". Der stimmt wirklich: Aus unserem Zimmer konnten wir, im Bett liegend, direkt auf den Ochsenkopf sehen - spektakulär! Das Hotel liegt in Fleckl, das zur Gemeinde Warmensteinach gehört. Fleckl ist sehr schön, ganz offen und grün und vor allem ruhig. Das Spektakulärste am Hotel selbst ist sein Chef, Hubert Reichenberger. So jemanden haben wir als Gastgeber noch nicht erlebt: So freundlich, ja herzlich, interessant und interessiert, hilfsbereit. Obgleich wir zum ersten (aber ganz sicher nicht zum letzten!) Mal da waren, hatten wir das Gefühl, wir seien seit Jahrzehnten Stammgäste. Wohlgemerkt: Es war nicht die Art von professioneller, aufgesetzter Höflichkeit, die man an den Tag legt, um seinen eigenen (Geschäfts-)Erfolg zu steigern. Sondern wir hatten das echte Gefühl, dass es von Herzen kam. Wirklich eine absolute Ausnahmeerscheinung! Das Zimmer war schön, im typischen Landhausstil und mit dem schon erwähnten tollen Blick. Es hatte einen großen, um die Ecke laufenden Balkon. Geschlafen haben wir prima. Es war eines der kleineren Zimmer, was für unseren Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten völlig ausreichend war. Wer aber länger bleiben möchte, sollte eines der größeren Zimmer nehmen, die wohl gar nicht viel mehr kosten. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, der Knaller war der Kaiserschmarrn zum Nachtisch. Den haben wir so gerade zu dritt geschafft. Das Frühstück wird direkt an den Tisch gebracht, es gibt also kein Buffet (was ich persönlich sehr bequem finde). Das braucht es aber auch nicht: Auf Wunsch wird einem alles gebracht, was die Küche hergibt. Fazit: Für einen Urlaub (egal ob kurz oder lang) im Fichtelgebirge ist das Hotel "Bergblick" eine tolle Adresse, in der man sich rundum zu Hause fühlen kann.

Wohlfühlen
Reviewed By h1ibuWir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Das ganze Haus und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten sehr gut. Frau Bauer war sehr nett und erfüllt alle Wünsche ihrer Gäste. Das Frühstück war reichlich, frisch und gut.
