Reviewed By anartatezExcellent customer service Tanya from front desk helped me with multiple request. The restaurant meals were delicious. Room was very large, new and comfortable. Only 20 minutes from Black Forest and quick 10 minute drive to village main plaza. Highly recommend.

Reviewed By PaperlegsWe spent three nights at this lovely, relaxing hotel. We were a group of fifteen on a motorcycle tour of the Black Forest and could not have been made to feel more welcome. It is family run and owned and that was very evident. The room was beautifully decorated, warm and spacious, with a fabulous shower room and nice toiletries . There is small bar and terrace area and a cosy lounge with free coffee and excellent cake. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and included scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, yoghurt and delicious breads. For bikers, the parking is just perfect; secure and safe and on the same level as reception. The area has many nice restaurants and is a perfect base to explore the Black Forest. Thank you to the lovely owners and staff for a wonderful stay.

Reviewed By quxaNice hotel in the city center of Villingen. Just a short walk (10 min) from the train station. The room was big and clean. They had a free mini bar as well. The only thing i could complain about is the noice from the hallway (bring some earplugs). Other than that it was good.

Beautiful setting
Reviewed By Gonçalo GEven though I didn't enjoy the romantic aspects of this hotel (business trip), all of the others were great. Great setting, in the outskirts of Wildgehege Salvest, great rooms and facilities, with a very effective and nice service to go along. A very enjoyable place to stay, and even more to enjoy all of the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

good and convenient location
Reviewed By R113close to the train station and the centre, but that means the street is busy. They have very few private parking spaces but during the night it has space in front of the station, no fee. The house is old, no elevator, but has atmosphere. Our room " Fred " was on the second floor ( 3. american count ), the stairs are wooden and do make a bit of noise. Charming. We had booked a larger room and as I am not able to compare, have not seen others, it was okay. Disadvantage of this room, very close to the neighbor house, the window is facing the window of the neighbor, there is a curtain to close and one has too. The bathroom was practical and made the most of the available space. The Hotel has not always somebody on side, so walk-ins are difficult.

Reviewed By Rudy99999The Parkhotel in Villingen is one of the best hotels I have ever been. It is perfectly located close to the old town, next to the railway station of Villingen. The cosy rooms are lovely decorated, clean and well maintained. The management is very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this place with perfect value for money.

Friendly and nice hotel.
Reviewed By Marcello August... PAlready stayed in this hotel 5 times. The hotel is really good, clean and silent. The restaurant is great and the people working there are really friendly. It is not so far from city center (around 15 minutes driving). It is really quiet and calm during the night.

Good and Cheaper
Reviewed By speccy2I found this hotel quite simple. The room was Clean, bathroom was clean too. Not too much to add... btw, breakfast was minimal... and coffee was simple in german style ;-) service was good and able to speak basic english. Enjoy your stay in this hotel
