Reviewed By ThuH852Pu Luong Natura has beautiful rooms with breathtaking balcony view (mountains and terraces). the environment in the resort is awesome with two pools and a lot of trees and spots to relax. Mr. Phuoc was very attentive and caring. He obviously put his heart into making sure his guests have a good stay. Mr. Luyen is also a great tour guide. He showed us many amazing places and was very considerate with guests that have special needs. The restaurant in the hotel is lovely. Food always taste fresh and delicious and Mr. Phuoc always recommend dishes that are suitable to our tastes. I do have to minus 1 star from my review due to the poor soundproof situation. When the hotel is crowded, it could get very annoying if your rooms are near the restaurant because the rooms are not soundproofed at all so yeah things could get noisy and troublesome. Beside that, i totally enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back

It is the perfect place to go to unwind, catch up on reading, trek in nature, eat clean/delicious food, dunk in a refreshing freshwater pool, and be hosted by one of the nicest and most zen people ever (Duy, the onsite manager and chef). It is obvious the owner, Zoom, has paid attention to every detail of the place. She built the first and the best homestay in the area and put Pu Luong on the map for folks looking to escape the heat and hustle of Hanoi and beyond. Even better, she kept the place true to its roots - no loud karaoke, no smoking, no emphasis on drinking...though you can have a beer if you'd like. If you're in Vietnam and looking for an off-the-beaten-path gem, make sure you come and spend at least a few nights, if not a few weeks here.

Reviewed By junie1706I have spent 4 day in this place. I'm so so impressed about that home stay. The views are really beautiful. The life seems slowly. You can feel the life from here. It is different from the city. In your room, you can smell young rice plan, you can hear the insects all the night. When you wake up in the morning, open the door, the cloud will be full of your room. You can hear the chickens from far villages..... And you don't want to go far from the home-stay but lazy on the sofa and look outside from the balcony or swimming pool. For some people that can't quit from some smart equipment: there is no fridge, no television. Wifi is not really good. This place is far from the city so you are difficult to find another place to have lunch or dinner.

A great place to chill
Reviewed By Minh BOur family spent 4D3N at Lua Pu Luong and enjoyed every single minute of our stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the owner Ms.Lua is extremely nice and passionate about keeping her place a perfect place to stay. We had all our meals at Lua Pu Luong and the food was very delicious at reasonable price. All the vegetables came fresh from their own garden. The bungalow was spotlessly clean with environmentally friendly materials. View from the bungalow was breathtakingly beautiful. It’s a great place to relax and chill. We definitely recommend this place.

Rice field views
Reviewed By Dirk WWe got room 502, which probably got the best views in the resort. From the balcony, even from the bed, stunning views over the rice paddies. The room is rather rustic, with a good size bathroom with walk in shower. After 2 dreadful year of covid lock downs, the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. In the middle of wet rice fields one can expect plenty of insects, so the mosquito net over the bed was an absolute necessity. Breakfast was rather limited if you don't feel like noodle soup in the morning. This is not 5 or 4 star accommodation, but it is a nice experience, worth spending a night.

Reviewed By vha0701Got a little bit of trouble when trying to find a nice restaurant for lunch. After being rejected by one famous restaurant/homestay, we found this peaceful haven with a lovely local host and stunning architecture. He was so nice and hospitable that he gave us a tour of the premises even though we didn't even plan on staying for the night. I will come back and stay here for sure. (I got a little bit confused that I can not find any review on this platform.)
