Ok hotel
Reviewed By Aeronaut65Mercure tetovo is probably the newest hotel in town, well situated in the centre. Hotel looks new and clean. It has a skybar on top of the building. I was upgraded to a "suite" , not sure what makes it a suite, maybe the two chairs in the room? Rooms is carpeted, aircon, sat.tv, minibar, kettle coffee/tea (not restocked)comfy bed, and strong wifi throughout. Bathroom massive with shower and toiletries. If you dont ask for a cleaning you migt be waiting for clean towels well into the afternoon. You can not be sure that shampoo is restocked either. Breakfast is served from 6:30 on the 2nd floor restaurant, cold warm items on offer and plenty of it. Good quality. Unfortunately there is no selfservice for coffee, so if staff is sitting on the smoking terrace chatting, you might end up having your coffee when you have finished your meal. Unless you make it yourself in the room or buy it next door. Had a few meals which were good quality and well priced, afternoon server were absolutely fantastic and serviceminded. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Reviewed By 818panagiotisaPerfect location, clean rooms and very helpful staff. They made their best to accommodate us even thought we arrived last minute on weekend. I totally recommend for their good job. The ski place is near and spectacular view in the mountains

Dissapointing staying
Reviewed By Damjana63After seeing comments and reviews on diff web pages, we had chosen this hotel, especially based on high rates for being clean, but it was a big dissapontment. The toailet was dirty, the whole bathroom was not clean, even the room was not clean, but still acceptable. We had to ask for add cleaning of the toilet. As it was really hot, air conditioning did not manage to cool down the room. It is a pitty, as hotel has been renewed, it has a great potential to be a great 4 star hotel. At the moment it does not fulfill those requirements.

Reviewed By Gent QTivoli is great located hotel. One of the best hotels in Tetovo. Great staff and great Restaurant. Dont expect spa, because Tetovo doesn’t offer that ! But if you need good hotel, this hotel is one of the best in the City.

Reviewed By mrc282this hotel is located at the suburbs of Tetovo but it is a good value option if you have a car. the room is big and clean. there is also elevator in addition to stairs. the restaurant on site is not open when I was there but the receptionist was kind enough to order delivery for me. wifi doesnt appear to work sadly but I have mobile data so it wasnt an issue. the hotel also provides potvrda upon check in..

Great food
Reviewed By Babarar7We visited their restaurant on our way through the country. The stuff was very polite and great, the food was suprisingly very good. Great visit. We would co e again. The only bad thing is that the hotel and restaurant is in the middle of toll paid highway, so you visit it only on way somewhere and you not gonna go there and back to the city probably.

Intresting hotel
Reviewed By Khurrum CWe checked in to this hotel randomly after a late night, friendly service, breakfast acceptable. Unfortunately the stain that we accidentally discovered on the mattress was appalling There was also a bad smell in the bathroom, this was only due to the drain trap drying out, once we filled this back up, the smell went away. Room size was very good, good value for money, just need attention on cleanliness.
