Reviewed By SOGofBrightonWe stayed 3 nights at this hotel and were not disappointed. Fabulous room on 3rd floor with beautiful views of the mountains. Its one of the larger hotels by Austrian standards, but still very traditional. Friendly helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast and eggs cooked to order. We stayed bed and breakfast, however you can stay half board from a very little extra cost. There are several other restaurants close by. Nice swimming pool to relax in, which is located on the top floor. Hotel in an excellent location also for visiting the nearby mountains.

The apartment we stayed in had a room for the parents and a room with 2 separate beds for the kids. The living room and kitchen were well-appointed and the views from the 2 balconies could not be beat. We had planned to be closer to Garmisch but fell in love with the Tannheim Valley. We will be back.

Reviewed By Clark HStayed here for 1 night during a walking holiday in August 2017. Rooms were good size, well equipped, and clean. Very good bar and restaurant downstairs too. The owner was very hospitable too, making us feel very welcome. A great visit, which I would be happy to repeat. Thank you.

Reviewed By SafarimangiareSituated on a small hill with beautiful views overlooking Tannheim and the mountains beyond. Our double room was very spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Our bathroom was modern and well equipped. The Sammer family do all they can to look after their guests and help them to have an enjoyable stay. Continental Breakfast was generous and offered tasty options for all tastes. This is a charming guest house a short walk from the Tannheim village and an excellent base for touring this area.

Reviewed By David BWe arrived late and we're immediately made to feel at home. Our room was much more they expected in such an out of the way location. After a quick tour of the property, beer and drinks followed. The included breakfast was standard for the region and very plentiful. I recommend Room 6 which has a little sitting area with great views.

Perfect spot to relax and explore
Reviewed By TheLenznWe stayed at Schnöller’s Landaus for a family gathering and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The house has a rustic, yet modern feel to it. Everything is super clean and the rooms (where my family stayed in) were huge with lovely vistas from the rooms and balcony. The food was amazing, from breakfast buffet to "Kaffe & Kuchen" to dinner. The 4-course dinners were not only very tasty but also nicely arranged. Great hiking is nearby with the cableway to Neunerköpfle even in walking distance. So is the village center of Tannheim. What made our stay truly outstanding was the Schnöller family and their team who gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home during our stay. Since we were busy hiking the beautiful alps, we did not get to try the wellness area. But my family, who visits regularly, tells us it’s very nice, too. So we’ll make sure to try it next time we visit the Landhaus.
