Quiet, clean resort
Reviewed By SandertravelsalloverThough a bit outside the town center, the swimming pool, gym and overall room quality is quite good. The sprawling layout and well manicured gardens have an elegant feel. Strong AC, hot showers, and good wifi here. A bit difficult with the lack of English by the staff, but with the booming tourist industry in Vietnam there is a shortage of qualified workers just about everywhere now. Breakfast is below standard of a 4star hotel but as long as I can get some eggs and fruit I personally don't mind. I go to Tam Ky on business at least once a month and having tried several hotels in the area, this is the one I find to be the best overall value.

Reviewed By HongnhanN2Tôi đã đi công tác ở tam kỳ và ghé vào khách sạn này để ở một tuần vậy mà khi tôi ở được 2 ngày thì ks này bắt tôi thanh toán tiền phòng, tôi đã nói là tôi sẽ thanh toán hết sau khi check out vậy là ks không chịu, áo quần của tôi ks giữ hết. Ks giữ tôi bắt một hai tôi phải thanh toán tiền ngay và luôn. Tôi đã chuyển tiền qua ngân hàng để trả tiền phòng cho ks nhưng do khác ngân hàng nên tiền qua hơi lâu, ks giữ tất cả đồ của tôi và không cho tôi đi đâu hết. Tôi yêu cầu ks đưa áo quần cho tôi lên thay nhưng vẩn không chịu đưa, chị chủ ks chưởi tôi như chó, giam tôi từ 8h sáng đến 11h chờ tiền qua mới cho tôi đi, thế là tôi phải nhờ người chuyển qua banking thêm một lần nữa họ mới chịu trả đồ và thả tôi ra. Tôi ở 2 đêm lấy giá 800k giá quá đắc, hiện nay giá này bằng với hía ks 4 sao trên các tp lớn.Tôi đã chuyển tiền 2 lần cho ks kaf 1.800k vì vậy Tôi yêu cầu ks chuyển trả lại cho tôi số tiền 800k tôi đã chuyển dư và mọi người chú ý để tránh ks này ra

Reviewed By MindaiThis is a terrific boutique / spa hotel. Well located opposite a large park you'll struggle to find better. The rooms are opulent and very well appointed, mine had an outdoor terrace. There's a rooftop restaurant with delicious food and breakfast is downstairs and excellent. The staff are warm and helpful. You're not going to be disappointed.

It is a beautiful place and ideally for sightseeing, a place known as the "Blue Pearl" Central with spectacular mountains, poetic scenery.

Reviewed By tran-ryanI have been in here with our friend end of May 2019. Actually, we have booked for 4 rooms and 1 nite only. Upon arrival day, I was feeling that It could be perfected place to relaxing BUT I can not acceptable without wifi in room, no TV, no telephone in room, no water upon arrival day. Receptionist staff is tough and slowly. When I asked reception to see The Manager and they ignored it. The only one thing can make me please with Housekeeper and restaurant staff which worked very hard job and nice view. I think the resort should improve the service more than. We paid for 1,2 Million/ nite for 4 room but nothing service in room. Hope to come back again.
