Convenient location, ok hotel
Reviewed By Per PThe location is very convenient, right by the airport. You only have to walk about 100 meters outside to get to the hotel. It is a bit confusing to find the hotel from the airport, but once you get there, it is very quick and easy to walk to all the terminals. Breakfast was good, they also offer a super early breakfast. Rooms are small and don't get clean if you stay multiple nights, they're blaming it on Covid.

Reviewed By coffemannStayed here when I went on a late night flight. Took a Zingo at the bar in SkyCity where the hotel is located - took the escalator up and the hotel is overlooking SkyCity. The hotel has nice dark rooms with large bed and desk. Standard bathroom. Nice staff and restaurant just outside the Radisson on the right. The restaurant has both a bar and a table

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the hotel was incredibly well appointed, clean and had a great feel to it. Very convenient for the airport with a regular and quick shuttle service.

Reviewed By andersbircowWe wrote email to order table at restaurant. No reply. We were out of toiletpaper. No answer at reception. So as a guest you feel totally ignored.... Not answering the " if you need help" phone is a disgrace.... it could have been crucial with a sick person.

A complimentary shuttle bus departs from the hotel entrance and from Arlanda's terminals every half hour. Park your car for free during your stay, and leave it in the hotel's secure long-term parking lot while you're travelling at an extremely attractive price.
The BEST layover ever!
Reviewed By roryw841This neat little airport hotel may be one of the cheaper options for travellers on layover from Stockholm-Arlanda, but don't be fooled. The amenities and bedrooms offered are pretty standard compared to other hotels, but the service and proximity to public transport is most certainly unrivaled! The hotel is only 5 minutes walk away from the bus station of Maskingatan, where you can take the 571 bus two stops down to Marsta. From Marsta, you can take the 41 commuter rail directly into Stockholm City Centre within 40 minutes! Travellers staying here can save 53 euro from what they would normally pay from using the Arlanda Express! If that wasn't enough to convince you, don't worry, I haven't yet begin talking about the SERVICE. Our receptionist when we arrived back at the hotel around 11PM from our excursion into Stockholm was Leen, and let me tell you, she should be the absolute golden standard for receptionists everywhere. It was pretty late and my dad wanted a coffee to warm up from the cold. However, instead of putting the coffee machine out, Leen made my dad's coffee herself. She even remade it because she said the previous cup she made wasn't good enough! Then when we were having issues with our COVID tests that we needed to return to the United States, Leen let us use one of the front desk computers and made sure to help us out so that we could get tested for the telehealth service. She even printed out our attestations that we needed to present to the airline! I can safely say that you cannot find a better receptionist anywhere else! If you get Leen as your receptionist when you check in, then you have basically hit the jackpot! I look forward to if I were to get another layover here in Arlanda just so I can stay here again.

Never had such a terrible night!

Then the reception guy told me I didn’t pay, what I did thru Booking.com. So as I got back, on time, everything was fine and most important: payed. Sleeptime, well, usually I have a good sleep... but the walls are like paper. I woke up every time a door closed. But worst: the exit door in the back right next to my room/bed. So I went to the reception and asked for an another room. Nope, the HOTEL OWNER told me that he never wanna see me again as well as he’d like to throw me out. I ended the conversation with: I should sue you! However, if you wanna have a good sleep, don’t stay there! There are many lovely hotels in the area, even cheaper and free breakfast.
