Reviewed By aharrasiThis is the worst hotel I have visited. Very bad experience from the front desk till the end. Mr Tom at the front desk promised to make our flat ready but we found it not ready. Then we left for shopping and he called me to change our flat to another family because they need a flat urgently. How funny this is! The bathrooms are not working well. We hardly managed to use the them. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

The location of this value for money hotel is great for both business and pleasure.

Ramee Dream Resort has been recently re-launched with well refurbished rooms which includes Standard single, Deluxe Double, Executive Suite. And with Variety of Restaurants serving Multi- cuisine & South -Indian. Resort is with Outdoor Swimming pool & Health Club, Business centre.& A huge Ball Room.
A bit more quaint and relaxing than other places nearby.
Reviewed By 0HausSeemed more genuine. Was hoping for a little more in the way of help with outdoor activities but I had a good time here . I do hope though that when they renovate they add to rather than subtract from the potential because this place has a lot more potential than it's utilizing . Some more persian touches would make the place even better. I would come back here though it vibed. The staff were genuine and service was good. There are details of middle eastern architecture and cool niches to relax in unlike neighboring properties. I was hoping for music by the pool but not yet.

Reviewed By Patta1313Hotel Summersands - NO GO HOTEL! I booked in booking.com a room for max. 4 persons - 1 Kingsize-bed and 2 normal beds! If we arrived ( 3 Persons) there - they gave me a room with 2 beds and one extra bed. After 40 min hard discussion they gave me another normal bed but there was a internal door too to a kingsize bed room - i asked for open it but the hotel mananger want 10 omani rial. It was really annoying cause the hotel was not full booked and lot of rooms was free. After Dinner we came back 2 the hotel and one light in the room didnt turn off. So I called again the reception 2 open the internal door cause i cant sleep with light. BUT THEY DIDNT ! This hotel has really no clue how to treat customers. By the way u hear very well the noise the main road! I m traveling a lot but never had this before . So much stress !

My hard earned money got stolen from my wallet, while I was not in the room. The same morning my friend exchanged the money for me, gave it to me and I Kept the money inside my bag which i closed while leaving the room & before leaving the room I counted the notes again and the same evening after I came back to the hotel the money was gone .( Ofcourse apart from my friend an d I only the housekeepers boys went there for cleaning ) The reception staff claimed that their house keeping boys would never do that ,as if they were their own children’s ( whom they trust like their own kids) Of course a Thief would never admit that he stole something and on top of that the receptionist guy was going rude to me that it’s my mistake that I didn’t care for my money Rather then figuring it out where could it go he was kinda being rude to me. On top of that the check out time was 12 pm for which I already paid in full but I did my checkout a bit late around 7:30 pm ( same day ) for which they charged me for the whole next day stating that after 7 pm they will charge the whole money because already half day is gone . ( understand how come from 1 pm till 7 pm it’s already a half day for them that they charged me the whole amount for a day ) Receptionist told me that he will charge me the amount which was reflected in my booking that was 17 riyal but did charge 21.370 riyal (EXTRA) ( got cheated ) money looters cheaters .

Reviewed By dnaz49Pictures looked good but not the actual condition. For hot water shower, must call reception but takes hours! Lobby toilets nicer than in the room. Oman: Ferraris everywhere, guest hospitality to be improved! Double bed was two beds combined as one - what a pain to be stuck in the middle.

Everytime I visited for dinners or weekend getaways since I was a little girl, I really enjoyed my time there. Mr. Saleem was a great help for me and and made sure to look in for all our requirements. Unfortunately this place will only remain as nostalgia here on!
