Beautiful resort, not high standard service
Reviewed By TommyM261We have the 02 nights at the Grand building at the end of May 2022, located at a nice corner, offering stunning views of the sea, the pool, and neighbors from the rooms. While its recommendations for spectacular views, the hotel needs to improve to meet its rating standard. Rooms: Not very delicately designed, not thoroughly soundproof, we even hear the chatting of the adjacent rooms, and the kids make noise in the corridor early in the morning. Room cleaning: Stained fingerprint smudges mark on the door frame needs to swipe off daily, not expecting to be shined but cleaned. Toilet and bathroom: Bottled water also toiletries did not provide and re-filled every day, only one time during my 02-night stay. The glass shower door seems installed incorrectly, the floor is not well-drained, and water is trapped hours after having my shower. Still, mold spots on bathroom walls did not clean up. Surprisingly with the welcome screen but not my name or my partner. Staff: The staff are friendly but train them about telephone etiquette, don't hang up without putting on hold before guests do if you are propositioning luxury standards.

Reviewed By m_nhc_ngl2016Khách sạn mới được khai trương năm 2019 nên rất mới, giá cả hợp lý. Mặt biển nên view khá là đẹp. Nhân viên trẻ rất nhiệt tình và chuyên nghiệp, đồ ăn ổn, sạch sẽ . Mình sẽ quay lại vào lần tới nếu có dịp về Sầm Sơn

Reviewed By ChipbonbopKhách sạn mặt biển 3 sao mà nhà vệ sinh nhây nhớt bẩn kính nhà tắm mới như thế mà đục ngầu bẩn ko chấp nhận dc ko đạt tiêu chuẩn 3 sao nhà ng ta ở 10 phòng mỗi phòng 800k xin thêm dầu gội bảo nhân viên vệ sinh mặt sưng vù bảo phòng víp mới dc xin dầu ! Ô ở đâu ra . Nhà đông trẻ con uống sữa mino rớt ra ba giọt khách sạn bắt đen luôn 400k trong khi có thể giặt sạch dc . Chủ khách sạn chắc thấy 16trieu tiền phong của đoàn mình là con tép chắc. Bảo xanh rờn luôn là nhân viên báo ga giặt sà phòng rồi nhưng ko sạch( xin lỗi nhé yêu cầu mang ga xg thì hoá ra nhân viên vò tạm bằng nc lọc ko nó đã mờ đi 80% rồi mình coa cả ảnh đó chưa tính là nếu giặt xà phòng thì sao) mình còn chưa nói đến việc khách sạn nào dùng ga trắng cungz phải dùng thuốc tẩy hết . Đằng này vì tham thêm 400k mà đè ngưa khách bắt đền mn thử xem hình ga vài giọt milo thế kia xem có hết ko ? Cho thuốc tẩy vào thì đến săm môi xong cungz trắng bạch ý nhé! Lưu ý nếu ai đi sầm sơn với giá 800k vào ngay khách sạn khác cho dc đối sử giống khách nhé! Nếu ai ở dc thì phải có tinh thàn thép nhìn mặt mấy bả vệ sinn mỗi khi yêu cầu dọn phòng là mấy bả muốn oánh tui chắc! Hoặc có trẻ em thì lên đeo khảu trang 24/24 vào chứ ko nếu trẻ con nhà các bạn ăn rơi rớt cái ji ra phòng bắt đền cái đó ốm ng ! 400k ko ko là ji đâu nhưng đánh giá cái thái độ chuyên nghiệp độ tham lam và nhân cách của cả chủ và nhân viên ( ngoài cái ông quản lí và chị nhân viên đeo kính ra thì ai cũng tham lam và muốn ăn tưoi nuốt sống khách)

Wrong attitude
Reviewed By Kenny VMy please to say that I appreciated to all room service staff, they are friendly and enthusiastic as it is a requirement as always in hospitality. But, unfortunate, there is 1 staff using bossy voice to command guest and she did not sanitize after answered phone call while assisting for PCR test. During this pandamic, we all understood what we need to do when we back to Viet Nam for vacation after work, how distance we need to keep to safe ourself and others. We all followed instruction and we paid high price for accomodation. So, please have the right behaviour, right attitude to treat every customer. Owner has been built nice facilities with location, please have a nice staff to credit your bussiness. Regards.

Reviewed By paulinaguttormsenThis resort has the potential of being an awesome holiday destination, they just need a little more time to prepare for the Aussie guest. Whilst language is an issue, we got by with google translator. Although there is a kitchen, the stoves are not wired up, there is no microwave as they do not want any cooking in the rooms. Fridges keep food cool but not cold. Shop has minimal supplies, but we managed to find Vinmart close by to purchase soft drinks and snacks. Food was good at resort, although many local restaurants just outside the resort gates. Would like to go back in a couple of years to see the changes.
