Nice restaurant with a great breakfast selection. 15 minute easy walk to the train station. If in Dong Ha then this is definitely the place to stay.

Reviewed By RickAngBCThe lobby is beautiful, and that’s to make you think the rooms may be similar. Not even close. I saw a previous review that said the rooms are clean and beautiful. I don’t know what room they stayed in but we looked at a few trying to find one with hot water. They were all the same. Carpets were filthy, bathrooms were moldy around the tub. Walls were dirty. The fancy decor spread on the bed in our first room had a big stain on it. The staff tried telling us there was hot water, but it was warm at best. This hotel complex comes across as a high class resort but it has obviously not seen any money put into it for a long time. Breakfast was terrible - everything in the warming trays were ice cold. The only good thing was dinner. We had to eat there because there was nothing else open due to New Year’s. Food was very good but the wait was painfully long. Also, the place was almost totally empty. Both nights we were the only ones in the dining room. Very odd.

Reviewed By Melissa SSo glad I stumbled across this Homestay on my bike ride. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. The family is so kind and clearly takes pride in their Homestay. The two boys speak English. The breakfast is simple bread and eggs only.

Reviewed By jaypep1AC unit had no remote but it was raining and cold outside so didn't need it. The bathroom soap dishes could have been cleaned and the cob webs removed but was clean enough. Breakfast was more expensive than advertised. 4km to town centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Single ensuite room was clean and comfortable. Had double bed, table and chairs, TV, fan, AC. Hot showers with toiletries and towel provided. WiFi was good. Inside motorbike parking next to the reception. Smoking allowed. A few places to eat nearby and a bakery.

Reviewed By klausicI was here for two nights, large rooms as spacious as the bathroom ... very clean, the night a noisy Po but there is on a main road, but the cleaning ladies who in the early morning do not mess !! for me it was not a problem I get up early but if one wanted to sleep a little more it would be difficult. But the lobby at the entrance is dirty and the staff does not know English and it is difficult even with the Google translator to understand, no form of assistance for taxi for bus or station, having booked with agoda having made a mistake nn were able to make up for the canceled reservation !!!

Reviewed By Francois vClean enough room. Functionimg aircon. Hot water all in good order. Tv with some English channels. Only problem is there is ongoing construction at the moment so find out if it finished first if that is going to be a problem. Right next to highway 1.

Reviewed By RajShinanMost of the time we didn't have water. We couldn't shower, we couldn't brush our teeth, even using the toilet was very difficult. Of course, we were charged the full amount for receiving only a fraction of the booked service. Also, the young boy of the family opened several times the door to our room and smashed it close when he saw us. That usually happened when we slept at noon. The door crushing always instantly woke us up. And one day somebody tried to open the door in the night at around 3:30. I woke up from that but thankfully the door was locked. A few seconds later somebody drove away with a motorbike. It was really scary. However, the owners are very nice and helpful. But what rating can you expect, when there is no water?

Reviewed By PeteSheringhamThere is a much nicer hotel up the road. I would avoid this one as is noisy and smelly. One of our group even had a rat in their room. Food in the restaurant was ok however. They were once considered a 3 star but have since had 1 star removed. Needs much work done to improve it.

Gross - not clean room
Reviewed By Chels2210Stayed here for one night while passing through and weren’t impressed one bit. Staff were friendly and the bed wasn’t the most uncomfortable. Parking, WiFi and a/c worked good. The shower was powerful to use. They are my positivities for this place. The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned as there was dried Urine all over the toilet seat when we arrived, dirt and foreign black hair all over the floor (meaning not ours), one of the tooth brushes had been taken out of the packet and looked used, not discarded though. We had one towel on the bed and one hand towel. The sink was so clogged that you could barely run it for a second before it filled up, not ideal when cleaning your teeth. Ants were crawling all over the side table. Cobwebs in the bathroom. The bed sheet had been changed but that seemed to be the only thing that had been done to the room. Having stayed in way more than our fair share of accommodations at this point keeping to a low budget, we don’t have super high expectations but cleanliness is our top thing and if there’s none of that; everything else goes out the window. We weren’t really in a position to up and leave by the time we arrived and just dealt with it for one night but we do not recommend this place on until staff can learn basic cleaning and hygiene. I’m pretty sure the owner smokes on the ground floor which kind of stunk out the building when entering and walking up the three floors. To each their own but for me personally, not something I like. It was hard to communicate as the staff don’t seem to speak hardly any English, we asked about breakfast when we first arrived and there didn’t seem to be any available. If there was, I think it may have just been local but when staff were asked if they supply breakfast, he said no. Even though it says breakfast available online. Not a good accommodation at all. One of the pictures is a bit of the dirt we swept in to the corner with some tissue.
