Amazing Vietnamese Homestay
Reviewed By 280lyndeekWe stayed here for three nights at Luna Villa, and it was amazing to say the least. Ms. Linh and her staff were always so happy and so friendly, our room was super clean and the breakfast was fantastic. As soon as we arrived at the villa, Ms. Linh had a complimentary lunch prepared for us which was superb, and brought us a smoothie or iced tea each afternoon when we arrived back at the villa which was such a nice touch. I highly recommend hiring scooters from the villa and going for a ride around the back streets and the rice paddies and exploring the local area, as it is beautiful. We can’t wait to come back to Luna Villa on our next stay in Vietnam, but we will definitely stay longer next time. Thank you Ms. Linh and staff for helping to make our stay in Hoi An amazing!

Although considerably cheaper than our following hotel stays in Vietnam, we were blown away by the service and the attentive and friendly staff. Lan, Lenh and Ngân were all fantastic, as well as all the other staff we interacted with. We particularly liked Ngân’s Vietnamese Iced Coffee recommendation at breakfast in The Temple restaurant. The pools are so nice - a total of four to choose from and at times we had the large infinity pool that looks over the neighbouring paddy fields all to ourself. Overall the value for money was unbeatable with beers and food not costing the same or. Or much more than in the old town. Thanks to everyone at La Siesta for a great start to our honeymoon, the other resorts have a lot to live up to!

Reviewed By 1974RoneyLocated an easy 10 minute walk from old town. This hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle (noise) of the old town. Hotel amenities are great, pool, day spa complimentary bikes and access to a beach chair at nearby by beach An Ong beach via Deckhouse Cafe/Restaurant. Breakfast offered excellent selection of Asian and Western foods, fresh and plentiful. Rooms were very spacious and clean, balcony was a nice size to enjoy drink on. Customer service was excellent from start to finish, my elderly Mum became unwell and an English speaking Doctor was arranged within 30mins. If I had to find a negative it was machine coffee not included with Breakfast.

The staff were wonderful and Joy in particular was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She organised our transfer and excursions which made our stay even more relaxing.

Lovely little hotel
Reviewed By theweesLovely hotel with a good rooftop pool that overlooks the river. The food at breakfast was decent but nothing to shout about. Could be better. We received a complimentary Vietnamese dinner set that was okay too. Again not mind blowing good. We didn’t pay for the river view and our hotel room balcony faces the pool of Anantara which was right next door. However it was blocked by lots of vines for privacy purpose or maybe from Anantara it looks more garden like? The hotel is well located to walk to the old town. Next to the hotel is a mini mart owned by a local couple who sells whatever you can find in the hotel mini bar for slightly less lol. It’s almost like she knows the price of what the hotel charges and then she charges 5000 dongs less. That’s like 30c in Singapore currency. Same with the local transport she can organise. It’s also only slightly cheaper than the hotel but slightly more that what you see elsewhere.

Reviewed By JojoBredaRoom and the amenities were spot on and all we need was available. Nice size of pool with sunshine till late and plenty loungers and big towels. The breakfast was a bit poor but we don't blame them starting up after covid is really hard. Staff super friendly and enough English. Got us airport transport on time for a good price. 900 meters walking to the old town which was fine for us. We were very happy and price quality was good.

The interaction with staff is great as they are always willing to help with anything. Viet Nam is just starting to get tourist back into the country so expect a few things to be closed. Positives: • Rooms • Staff • Pool • breakfast • Location (3 minutes to old town by taxi and about 5 minutes to An Bang beach) The only thing is that at the moment it’s very quiet, which while great at times, the vibe changes just a little. Also, no cocktails or other alcoholic drinks because the bar is currently closed. This will change as tourism kicks in again. To all staff, thank you, and to the ladies at reception who I practiced my Vietnamese with, thanks for all the laughs.

Amazing and friendly experience
Reviewed By BoardingPass675472We booked 6 rooms for 10 people. We happened to arrive earlier than our check in time and they were supportive in keeping our luggages safe until check in time at 2pm. My husband and I are newlywed. We didn't tell them ahead of time and just simply mentioned it at the check in yet within a short of amount of time they prepared a surprise bed set up for us. The overall experience was relaxing. The location was perfect. And the food recommendation was spot on.

The receptionists were so friendly and helpful, the room was large and clean, and there were many options for breakfast. It’s in a great, central location, as well. I will be staying here again if I’m back on Hoi An!

Service was excellent. Special mention goes to guest service officers Tam and Lyn and our porter. Tips: - The hotel restaurant was not fully opened due to limited visitors as of June 2022. However, a chef is available. Breakfast sets (local and Western options) are available for about USD5 at the hotel restaurant. Lunch and dinner can be ordered. For example, their fish and chips was delicious, substantial and inexpensive for my son who needed some familiar foods for comfort. - There's a beautiful, Instagramable cafe 2 mins walk from the hotel. Head there for coffee and quiet work. The cafe also calms down grumpy teenagers. :)
