Reviewed By PH2006We stayed here many years ago and the place was tired. Now we returned and found a much nicer hotel. Most of the common areas have been very well restored to their former glory. The superior room where we stayed was very nicely renovated too. The pool and pool area were great and well maintained. Covid protocols were enforced, which we thank. The food was good, not outstanding. The grounds of the hotel and the surrounding areas are breathtakingly beautiful. We would return in the future.

Nice getaway
Reviewed By rickyrP9751UIWe experience the Dome with hot tub and it was very nice. I recomend getting the all-inclusive option. The nature in the are is just amazing. We went all the way to some craters and the view of the Andes was breathtaking.

Totalmente recomendado, quedamos felices. Preocupación total para hacer sentirnos cómodos y además negocio familiar que se proyecta para hacer las cosas de primera.

Reviewed By Shanthi RComfortable bed in the hotel but cold and the heating wasn't often on. The toilet cistern continually refilled so the hotel staff dealt with this by turning the water off, which took us a while to work out. Friends in the cabañas found the oven full of old food and were given inadequate amounts of wood which was soaking wet for the stove. Bear in mind too that the supermarkets have very little selection if you plan to self cater. Very few restaurants were open out of season.

Serving as the heart of Aluantu, the Lodge sits right on the shores of Lake Rupanco. The lodge and its gardens of herbs and flowers are complimented with the surrounding serenity of the forest. The main building currently has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, hosting 16. We offer shared rooms, tent camping and private rooms with en suite bathrooms.

Gregory, the host, was more than diligent and helpfull in every posible way. Thank you so much for everything, we will return next year for sure.

Our establishment is fitted with eleven fully equipped rooms, three lounges, meeting room, bar and restaurant, all of which can be found on the south shore of Lake Puyehue in the conveniently located villa of Entre Lagos. We also facilitate access to external activities like visits to the neighboring hot springs, horseback tours in the national park, ski, sport fishing trips and trekking trips along the many circuits that Puyehue National Park has to offer.

Reviewed By jacques869We booked a room in this hostel for April 30th. When we arrived at 4.30 pm, the hosteria was closed! We walked around the hosteria, But everything looked closed. On the door was a letter that they were closed due to the 1st of May. We had to go somewhere else.... When we had Wi-Fi again, we saw that they had sent us an email at 4 pm saying that they would be closed that night. But...the restaurant would be open. Never had such a bad experience with a hosteria. Hopefully Booking.com will delete them from their website.

Reviewed By Juan LFui en verano con mi familia. La atención de los administradores fue muy amable, tienen una piscina para niños en buen estado. Sin embargo, a las cabañas requieren mantención. Utilizamos solo la cama matrimonial pues la otra habitación tenia olor fuerte a humedad (cumbrecamas, etc), con poca ventilación. Si bien no usamos la combustión lenta pues era verano, estaba muy deteriorada. Experiencia regular, sobre todo si vas con niños.
